Aqua-Corpsman Posted May 12, 2020 Share Posted May 12, 2020 Among the recent Rokkenjima crisis, and the realization that Israel has a military trade partner the is a naval powerhouse in the Pacific, Queen Alice decides to pay the UPSA Ambassador a visit. Much in the same way as with the Britannian Ambassador. Queen Alice goes with her entourage to the embassy and is screened and let in. She goes to the Ambassador's office, escorted by UPSA guards and her Cavalry. She is dressed in her lavish royal attire, a long flowing blue dress with red frills. She catches some of the guards staring, but doesn't mind. Alice is a very playful girl, and was upset when she became Queen. Not only because her mother was blown to pieces, but because she can't be herself anymore. She knocks on the Ambassador's door and waits for it to open. Ultra Posted May 13, 2020 Share Posted May 13, 2020 (edited) The door is opened by a guard to reveal the ambassador in his formal attire, he smiles welcomingly at the young queen, and is reminded of his daughters back home on the mainland. two glasses of expensive whiskey are poured at the meeting table, and the ambassador inquires as to Israel's long-term plan in dealing with the ongoing Rokkenjima disaster. edit: @Corpsman Edited May 13, 2020 by Michael K. She adjusts her dress before sitting and respectfully refuses the whiskey. "Good day Ambassador, I am sure you have heard about the news in Rokkenjima? You are incredibly close, no? I have sent a Flotilla to pick up human refugees to take some strain off Britannia, but I fear this may get even more violent so I have the main Flotilla around the corner. If, let's say, Rokkenjima fired on an Israeli vessel, would you consider giving Israel backing to forcibly take refugees out? By forcibly I mean taking control of a piece of land in China that refugees can be processed through. The reason why we need you is because Israel will not take any non-humans. There is no place for them in Israel, and they would be discriminated against. Would you like to take in non-human refugees? Israel will escort them and bring them into UPSA, then upon landing you can process them. It's up to you, but this matter is an international humane crises with incredible crimes on both sides. It is in everyone's interest to put pressure on the Witch Council to surrender while taking in refugees. Again, up to you." She grins at the ambassador, she tends to talk in mouthfuls and it takes people aback to be bombarded with words. But she has gotten quite good at it.
