The proclamation of liberation

In the regional capital of the largest liberating force in the Union of Durotar, the alliance representatives hold a ceremony on the celebration of kicking out imperialistic forces out of Africa. The committee of Liberation, which presents the current form of leadership. The ceremony was there for a renewal of the pact of liberation. The committee has come for two major points to discuss and solve for the current time - the situation of a pandemic and of foreign affairs.

Due to the mass of the Union being supportive of the left, the leadership couldn't make any decision that wouldn't be against what they stand for, or what the people have fought for, because of an amass of imperial forces in the world. It has invited Mog[Corp] to discuss the future of the African continent as they are both major players on it, the committee saw it would be better to get to an agreement for now, and to open any relation between the two, without spilling any more non needed bloodshed. 

The central committee has also requested Rokkenjima's allowance for medical experts from the Union to travel to their nation to help the containment and treatment of patients there, while also working on an effort to fight the virus directly. The Union is ready to send volunteers which would aid in the treatment of patients and aim to support the already present Rokkenjima doctors and Durotar's. They would act in the roles of nurses, paramedics, cooks and other needed obligations. 

In future the committee will make a decision furthermore on the virus, as it couldn't sustain a long quarantine effort whilst it was planning for a reconstruction effort, nevertheless the committee stands by it values of human life before any profit, the military and volunteer groups will aid in the quarantining of suspected carriers, helping the vulnerable. Remote areas will be for now supplied by the military in the case of necesseties, and post pandemic will be connected better to the Union.

The corporation would negotiate for a meeting to take place in the near future, as well as send several cargo aircraft with medical supplies. The virus did not have room for growth in the corporation, masks and other preventive measures were normal beforehand, and scans were mandatory for visitors which allowed for very easy detection, the entire flight would be isolated if one patient was found to ensure no further spread.

The figurehead of the corporation, or a representation of it are freely invited to a meeting inside the capital of the Union, while taking precautions for the prophylaxis from the virus. The invitation would also mention that the leadership of Mogatopia would understand that the leaders of the Union shouldn't leave the recently freed and united nation in a turbulent time with a pandemic. (hmu anytime the quarantine allows me to b free anytime of the day wowee)

The Committee of the Union would reject the proposal as they don't make agreements with Kingdoms or Empires, and see the IDF as an occupating force on the people of the Middle East.

With the on going pandemic, the committee had to resolve the question of the remnants of the enemy forces inside its borders. The resolution was to send a small team for a special operation to infiltrate the bastions and take the leadership to the capital as prisoners for trial by the Union tribunal for imperial war crimes of Durotar. The squad in the operation go by the name of Tauren participating in Operation Oracle. The valued targets and leadership were landlords and bourgeoisie whom hired a private militia for protection in a small remote estate on the coast. There were 15 causalities, all were the hired militias. The actions of this raid were to be freely broadcasted through out the nation and into foreign nations, as well as the trials. The militias were granted a semi-freedom sentence. They would keep the money given by the criminals, and would be given a residence to stay with their families during the pandemic, and the families moving to the Union shall be aided if necessary, as well as an option of jobs was given to the militants after the pandemic.

The trial for the leaders and valued targets would end with all sentenced to being shot by a firing squad at dawn, all their property would be stripped from their grasp. If there are any families or relatives of the criminals, they would be permitted to stay during the pandemic if they wished so, and would be granted exit from the nation as well, with no support or aid, there would be no restrictions and there would be no aid. 

The plan for the estates was made as locations for state resting/vacation places for workers which would be reworked on to have more space. The beaches and everything around the house was planned to be worked around post pandemic. For now all industries of the Union are nationalized for the current time being as of the pandemic. Workers at markets and other locations where civilians obtain food are often replaced to reduce the danger of containment by the virus, and all would be granted decent stays and treatments of the virus. 

The Committee asks if Mogatopia would be willing to make a deal where they would give technologies which would allow automation of many industries in the nation to keep the nation balanced and non vulnerable during pandemic economy and growth wise. The details can be discussed.

As the sound of rain and wind outside permeated the empty room, Bernkastel sipped her tea, looking down at the city below with an almost melancholic expression. Her pensive mood could be the result of current world events, or even the meeting held by the Witch Council moments prior. Whatever it was, she was using this time alone to deliberate over a vote in which she would be the deciding factor. The vote itself was regarding a simple matter, that being whether or not to permit Durotar's doctors entry into the country to assist with the ongoing pandemic. Despite this relatively simple decision, the rest of the Council was split 2 to 2.

Bern looked over at the television, reading a headline on RNN about the Britannian expansion into South America. She sipped her tea, letting out a small sigh. "They've grown cocky after their successful invasion. Britannia would be wise to secure their own coast before dabbling in the affairs of another continent. Speaking of which..."

She then shifted her glance from the television to the large map of Rokkenjima on the wall, focusing on a certain point in particular - the Britannian territory of Mt. Fuji. She said nothing, only sipping her tea as she stared at the map. To a spectator, it would appear as if the lone witch was bored out of her mind, doing absolutely anything to pass the time. Such a spectator would be ignorant, however, completely unaware of the thoughts racing through Bernkastel's mind. She was only snapped out of her thoughts by the sound of something other than the wind and rain outside.

Looking at the ground, she noticed a group of protestors, likely human, seemingly spouting something about the Coronavirus. Such protests started popping up in cities across the country after the closures of Beijing and Shanghai. Bern found it amusing - humans demanding things of the government over a matter they didn't fully understand. Despite the fact that only humans were getting infected, these protests started raising awareness of another issue. That issue could be summarized as the fair and equal representation of Rokkenjima's various species in government.

This wasn't the first time the idea floated around. However, as the days and weeks passed, protests would form that only proliferated it further. Bern continued to watch the protest until it wandered out of sight. She stood up from her chair upon finishing her tea. It wasn't clear at what moment she had come to a decision, but she had. After taking one last glance out the window, her form turned into a swarm of gold butterflies as she teleported, ready to inform the Council to let the doctors in.

The volunteers and medical specialists would set up a remote base of operations inside Rokkenjima where they were pointed to by the officials of Rokkenjima in the vulnerable areas. They would set up a field hospital, makeshift garages for lightweight transport vehicles for infected or vulnerable in case of need. Volunteers are there for self-defence from any party, protecting the infected in the hospitals and the staff, wielding only light weaponry, and they wouldn't seem as an occupying force or a force to scare the populace as they were placed in a remote area away from populations. They would inform the people that they are there as a quick response unit, if there are any people that suspect they have or anyone else has the virus they can respond to them, they will be driven under all precautions, tested and if needed put into the field hospital for treatment. All efforts are paid by the Union of Durotar. Additional equipment can and will be shipped if it was needed to ports in Rokkenjima which are assigned by their government and would be sent to required locations.
