Very Significant Bank Looting Bug

What occurred? The Scottish Highlands nation (https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=144989) is a member of Acadia. They beiged a Mythic member and looted Acadia's own bank instead of Mythic's. This needs to be fixed pronto, please.

Scottish Highlands looted 1.82% of Acadia's alliance bank, taking: $11,290,616, 5,196 Coal, 2,828 Oil, 3,539 Uranium, 4,453 Iron, 2,290 Bauxite, 1,471 Lead, 839 Gasoline, 2,541 Munitions, 1,230 Steel, 3,906 Aluminum, and 54,999 Food.

Apparently the bug has also happened to a Mythic member (https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=95209) as well: https://politicsandwar.com/nation/war/timeline/war=613828.

The Berry Of Cranville looted 0.60% of Mythic's alliance bank, taking: $0, 0 Coal, 0 Oil, 0 Uranium, 0 Iron, 0 Bauxite, 0 Lead, 0 Gasoline, 0 Munitions, 0 Steel, 0 Aluminum, and 0 Food.

The bug seems to be occurring frequently and I'm sure a few more people will post their reports in the replies. @Alex if you made a shadow-change to the bank system, please revert it until you can find out where this bug is; This can cause a lot of issues for raiders and regular alliance counters alike.

The owner of nation "Scottish Highlands" came into Mythic server to brag about looting "our" bank, saying he had food to feed his people for days. I assume he actually received the resources.

Edit: I've just had the bug happen to me, and I can say I did not receive any of the resources from my opponent's bank.

The issue is that new war declaration were not recording alliance IDs properly (backwards in fact.) This has been fixed, and I've updated all the existing wars to swap the IDs to be correct.
