A possible downside of it could be that it is either: 1. Super Expensive. 2. Gives you an additional defensive slot . 3. Requires Space Program Project. 4. Other prerequisites like score or city count. I actually really like the Space Program Project requirement because currently there is little desire to build said project. This new project would make people more likely to build the other space projects because of this projects implications. Currently most people, including myself, believe the space projects to be both expensive for what you get and an overall waste of project slots(don't even get me started on the moon landing project). My personal belief is that having the new national project would be easily balanced if it required both the Space Program Project and in addition added not only an offensive slot but a defensive slot as well, making it a doubled edged sword to have this project. That's a really interesting idea actually. I think making it a permanent project would be the best option because it could be abused depending on it's cost. Not only Arrgh would find this useful, small alliances would surely find this useful when fighting an enemy larger than themselves. doge Posted February 22, 2020 Share Posted February 22, 2020 ^Plus it would make it better for smaller nations to counter large nations that had this project. 900 planes is nothing compared to 1800, but four 900 plane attacks would do some damage. This project would find some good uses for newer nations, while becoming more of a give and take when the nations get bigger.
