Maybe a "Wastewater Treatment Plant" project that removes x amount of pollution per city?

Then you would need to bring water in

I believe land should effect it a lot more than it does, I also feel that improvements and projects should effect the amount of land you can farm

"Green Technologies" is the one I have sitting in limbo currently. Could also go for a end game version and a mid-game version.

I was under the assumption that pollution improvements were set specifically so that you cant zero out pollution if you choose to manufacture a ton of stuff.

So that is no longer the case?

im ok with the tiny change to recycling centers for now >_>

maybe police stations too somehow re balance pollution and shift more into crime?
this has to be like extensively mathed tho
