Presidential Communication from Rural Route 3

Greetings,

I am Joseph Black, President of Rural Route 3, Shadow of Organization XIII, Shaman of Wolfpack and Lord of the Chattahoochee River basin. 

Many of those closest to me have persuaded me to establish a colony here. For how long, or to what extent I can't yet say. Much of this world seems interesting, but I have seen interesting realms before. Only time will tell the depth of my interests here.

I would imagine that I know most of you in one form or another, I look forward to what ever shape our relationship takes here. To those whom I am unacquainted, I am eager to make friends.
