Surrender Option

Should be a surrender option.

Both have to agree, if any side denies surrender the war is shortened by 12 turns. You can only surrender 3 times, once every 12 turns. The person surrendering forfeits some of their war chest like losing a war but only gets 6 turns of beige.

What if you don’t need both sides for you to surrender, but you would need:

* 12 MAPs

* you wouldn’t be able to make any declarations for another 60 turns

* you would still become beige for 24 turns

* you would lose 10% loot and 90% military (excluding spies, nukes and missiles)

Why? What will be the ramifications? Is this balanced?

Why should this be an option? You've explained how it works, but not why it should be implemented? Why should it exist when the White Peace option already exists?

Nothing in your OP explains that.

You could just message in game and ask for terms of surrender.

What does this improve on besides making losing wars matter even less than it already does?

This problem attempts to solve beige cycles or endless beige sitting until war expires. Players should have the option to shorten the time they are blockaded if they have no means of fighting back. There is really no point in blockading someone for five days other than to stop  that player from enjoying the game. Any other questions why this is a suggestion will go unanswered per the suggestion forum rules.
