lightside Posted January 7, 2020 Share Posted January 7, 2020 (edited) I must disagree with this idea. There are better ways to stop offshoring. For example if we wanted to end it all we would have to do is introduce a public ledger of alliance to alliance transactions and then expand the bank hiding rules to include offshoring.
