Manually verified as an Individual account - is it a joke?

I need you to look into this unique id, most of these accounts registered at oldest 389 days ago and below you have too many and trust me when I say TOO many accounts that registered 31 days ago and they're ALL VERIFIED.
Is verifying your account that easy so the same person can post pictures holding numbers or letters - for different accounts?
I mean, how come they're all verified as individual accounts.. I doubt all of them would bother to verify their accounts as individual accounts if they didn't even bother with playing the game and 90 % of them if not all went inactive at same dates, or a day or two later one after another..

Relax, they're kids playing on a school network as part of their Social Studies class. The teacher contacted me and we set it all up. I set them all as Verified so that they can interact with each other, and with the hopes that I wouldn't get a bunch of multi reports.
