Drug Related Content on Nation Page

Nature of Violation: Nation has drug related content referencing "Marijuana" where minors could potentially see in their custom description. Nation is also seemingly against able bodied people implying there is no stairs available to use, its unnecessary discrimination.

Just to help for information's sake, the count of US states with legal recreational marijuana has increased to 11 and the District of Columbia and the 2020 ballot hasn't been conducted yet.  So it's not illegal drug content or anything. It might as well extol the virtues of Aspirin.

Regardless of whether something is legal or not does not mean it should be here, porn is legal but that doesn't mean it should be advertised or referenced in such a nature.

I'm the accused.

I've noticed that the user Clarke has reported me twice today for two excessively tame examples of "rule-breaking" that actually do no such thing.

One report is for me using my Ruler's title 'Supreme Master' as part of their username, and now this report is trying to get me in trouble for saying that marijuana is legal in my nation.

This is just silly, and it's obvious that Clarke is grasping at straws. Alex has gone on record saying that 'weed-themed nations are not against the rules.' I would hardly say that Robotopia is weed-themed, even. It is simply legal there, and it is certainly not mandatory.

Also, as far as their ableism comment goes, it seems that the OP of this thread has never heard of an elevator or a ramp.

Rule breaking is rule breaking. Its not difficult to stay within the rules. 

I doubt Alex is ok with drugs being referenced and advertised on this site where there are loads of minors. How can you hide profanity and be ok with such drugs being promoted in view of minors. If that is his stance I'd be disappointed. Your ruler name is different than your forum name, its a rather simple issue unless you think your above moderation. 

I don't think you understood, a stairs can be more useful and quicker in situations and denying building stairs is a form of discrimination, there should be ramps and stairs.

There is a policy question about marijuana legality.

The promotion of illegal drugs and illegal activity can be separated from roleplay, and in my opinion we just have a roleplay stance on marijuana legalization here, therefore no rules are being broken.
