As it stands, there is currently no way to see the customized military leaders' names or the names for their troops and forces, outside of engaging in war. There's a section in every nation page that shows the custom images for the nation's Soldiers, Tanks, Aircraft, Ships, Spies, Missiles, and Nuclear Weapons, and these can be customized even further with the VIP pass. Regardless of the VIP pass, all players are able to customize what they name their land, air, and water armies and those armies' leaders. I propose that users should be able to see the custom names for others' ground troops, air forces, and navies somewhere on their respective nation pages, likely in the Military section (or else in the fact book).
