GOONS, Heaven’s Gate, Bird Weed, and The Lost Empire, hereafter referred to as TLE, will cease all attacks on each other immediately. II. GOONS and TLE will maintain a presence in each others discord for quick communication between leadership, should an issue arise going forward. III. TLE agrees to pay GOONS 420,000,000 bus tokens in reparations, with a lump payment of 69,000,000, followed by 24 weekly payments of 15,000,000. IV. GOONS & Bird Weed agree to send a protectorate to TLE to avoid the possibility of future raids, while also agreeing to assist TLE through the reparations period should they request it. V. Heaven’s Gate and TLE will have a Non-Aggression Pact throughout the completion of the repayment period. VI. After reparations are paid in full a 90 day Non-Aggression Pact will remain in affect between GOONS, Bird Weed, Heaven’s Gate and TLE. VII.
