They weren't willing to resolve the situation they started, they were rude, so I issued the ultimatum. They doubled down in the talks with @Comrade Marx and myself, going as far as to say they'd allow the raid to continue. GOONS slot filled the raider and did not send any attacks, hoping this would sort of wake them up to the reality of the situation. It unfortunately, did not and they countered our counters. Their guy denied peace and kept attacking, so I said let them duke it out. Then I loaded their alliance into our automated milcom and it spit out targets, and their entire alliance is slotted. You fully countered a raid where the guy who declared the raid hadn't made an aggressive attack since the day the war was declared (because I'd assume you were talking) and then your guy lit him up when you fully countered him tonight and then hit you 2 uninvolved nations and then your protectorate raided them.
