Jake Revenkov Posted November 1, 2019 Share Posted November 1, 2019 (edited) 1) Change your War Policy to Pirate 2) Go to nations in your war range 3) Find a inactive nation that has been at least inactive for a week 4) Make sure they have no soldiers or, tanks. 5) Do a raid war on them 6) If they are suddenly active when you are attacking them wait until they give you a peace treaty then, accept it .
