When I click on it redirects me to VIP Donation page. I have 82 days of VIP currently on my nation, so it's definitely not a lack of having it. If you are viewing a nation, and they have VIP, you will see this Recent Visitors box. The "VIP Only" link is there for users who do not have VIP and want that box to display on their own nation pages.
