True King
Since Empyrea wasn't in the top 50 or displaying any treaties with any top alliances; they were all valid raid targets under their own rules. So considering that & them not knowing who you guys were; think Empyrea should be able to understand their reasoning for attacking. Doubt Empyrea would have dealt with an alliance outside the top 50 you don't recognize and aren't displaying any treaties with the top alliances any different in regards to raids. So considering the raids were valid under Empyrea's own internal rules toward outsiders; I don't see the big deal. Any alliance's internal rules are just their own policy, and have nothing to do with how other alliances are expected to act towards them. That's what pacts are for, or at least were before IQ rendered the system moot. Either way, there's still the fundamental universal rule: Raid at your own risk. Any raider worth the name knows that and knows better than to complain when it goes south, however it goes south (unless pacts are outright violated in the process, as no alliance worth spit will hit their own allies without at least talking first and cancelling as agreed if needs be) Edited October 12, 2019 by Sir Scarfalot

I consider this matter over & done with; however you're right. Rather than call it no big deal, should have worded that different. Although don't think Empyrea was displaying their treaties when that raid happened and they didn't recognize the AA; so that's how it was able to happen by accident like she said in the response thread.
