They're ineffective and will be lost to the sands of time in obscurity and irrelevancy soon enough. Personally, I respect what they are trying to do; sometimes worlds such as these need a little life breathed into them. It's unfortunate that their attempt in order to do that was so poorly planned, timed, and implemented. They had the potential to become a real menace but peaked at the level of a minor annoyance. Eventually they will have to get another city or there will be no one left in their war range. It seems the raiders return is trying to steal the old VOC's title as the most hated raiding alliance. Also, as soon as some nations get kicked out of beige or chose to retaliate before the beige timer is up, they probably would retaliate, too. Besides, news spread. Everyone will start getting influenced by the current event anyway. Also, this is how politics works. Eventually former enemies make peace, and will ended up fighting on the same fronts on the same side.
