Don't restrict the Mass Infrastructure Purchase to VIPs.

I’m with Rap on this. Credits have insane value right now, people that don’t buy them usually don’t stick around long. And those people aren’t going to be buying a credit to use mass infra kits, those are going to be the 20+ city count boys that typically already buy VIP.

If you want new stuff to make VIP more worthwhile and marketable to the people that don’t already buy it, fine. But a tool that people only use when they have too many cities that it’s obnoxious is not the way to get new buyers.

"Life is just a gap get some money in between it"

That doesn't really address his concern.  He's worried about the game going RuneScape's path, and making all future useful features premium only.

While I'm worried about it going the esim route where essential tools become premium only.

Similar concerns, but vastly different solutions to address them.

The problem with this IMO is that VIP was always supposed to be cosmetic stuff for your nation and has never barred people from using certain features before. I'm sure that Sheepy didn't want to come off this way but it's really hard not to see it like that when VIP has always been about decorum.

Humans cannot create anything out of nothingness. Humans cannot accomplish anything without holding onto something. After all, humans are not gods.

It's a tool that everyone has lived without for 5 years. It's not a necessary tool, it's a convenience tool. If you want to support the game, you get this benefit of added convenience. I think that's pretty fair, and much better than a more "pay to win" system.

Mass buying infra is largely cosmetic, I'm generally quite happy for VIPs to have access to features that while comfortable have no real impact on gameplay or are achievable by active players in similar timeframes.

Besides the new @ feature is basically just as good.
