Yea well I would quite like for there to be a player by player equivalent. Reasons: 1. So people can contact raiders and whatnot easier... in alliances like aargh you can't exactly just go to the top and ask them to fix it. you have to deal with the person. B. So Gov in closed Alliances can contact applicants. If they haven't applied in discord they can sometimes be found still an applicant weeks later. Delta. This is a good idea, but it's an optional thing and many will just ignore it. Just msg them ingame or go to their alliance discord and ask for the right person.
