More improvements destroyed

Do you remember when the upper tier was 12-16 cities with 1500 infra?

At that time losing improvements in war was not nice

Now a nation with 30 cities and 2500 infra has 1500 total improvements, even in a long war you lose a small % of them

I suggest to have more improvements destroyed by attacks to match the general growth in the game

 

For example:

Nukes 3 including power plants

Missiles 2, if you target power plants you have a 20% chance to destroy them

Immense triumph 1 for sure and chances to destroy another

Moderate success 1 for sure

Pyrrhic victory chances to destroy one

Utter falliure small chances to destroy one depending on how close you are to a pyrrhic victory, even 1 ship vs max ships has the 0.0something% to destroy one (this should encourage you to fight even if you are losing)

Too far; your suggestion goes much too far to overcorrect the issue. While it is true that improvement destruction is less and less of a concern as nations grow, that's hardly a reason to rebalance improvement destruction across all tiers. Maybe the idea could be refined to a higher chance of destroying improvements based on how many "extra" improvements the target has, that is to say how many improvements they have above their improvement slot cap?
