Not able to change government and economic types.

Every time I change the values in those areas to what I want, I press the button to save the changes but everything just resets to normal.

If you're talking about your policies, they save the changes however not your answers to each question. You'll see the updated results reflected on your nation page.

When you submit the form, it doesn't save each individual result. It will always show the default answers after you submit the form, or anytime you visit the page. However, when you do complete the survey and submit it, it takes in all your results, calculates a total, and updates your nation with that total. If you're still getting moderate economic and social policies, that's because that's your actual result when you do the survey.
