With the harsh beginning of slave labor in the Tanakosin Empire, came mass infrastructure construction with highways connecting major cities, increasing harbor sizes, and proper water treatment and sewage to all locations within the Tanakosin Empire at current. Today marks the end for forced labor, and the beginning of Militarization from Mass Industrialization within the Tanakosin Empire. Unfortunately, no outside companies or governments were secured to gain support, and therefore patronage could not be paid back, and no further improvements were gained. The beginning of Mass Industrialization may have been premature, as there was still time to gain support, however, the Empress had made a Royal Decree; she did not  want this forced labor, but it was recommended to her. It was time to stop. And now, formal military was organized, and command was established. Local governance and autonomy was granted to the controlled states, making them Vassals, but still within the realm of Imperial rule. With that, local militaries were compiled up by their representing  countries. Along with the Militarization and Industrialization, a formal message was sent to Masrani Global, the United States of Northern Europe, and Mog[Corp] in request of Lend-lease, and/or production licenses to start a formal military.

Quote

To those who have shown our great Empire respect and friendship, we call upon you for support. At current, our state of militarization is meager. We request Licenses to produce, or physical items of use for military such as; support equipment, military vehicles such as tanks, motorized and mechanized vehicles, aircraft, and potentially ships or tankers. We admit entirely, that these items may be used in aggressive warfare, but they are requested primarily so that the Tanakosin Empire and her Vassals have the protection they need for their people. We implore you to speak privately with the Empress, or the local governments of our Vassals, should you feel the need. Now since forced labor is ending, and the Tanakosin Empire is becoming more free, we want to extend Diplomatic Immunity to those who qualify within this message. We want to offer formal trade agreements, mutual defense pacts, seek guarantees, and form alliances. The Tanakosin Empire is ready to meet the world, are you ready for her?

Along with this militarization effort, so too has the Tanakosin Empire grown. Soldiers that had not been yet combined into the formal militaries reached out into Chinese and Indian lands, enacting martial law and claiming the land, but only engaging in firefights should they be fired upon. Instead of a very aggressive claiming, it was more soft and gentle, entering and giving security to local government buildings and offering support of industrialization and resources, but while the patronage was required, the soldiers were instructed to behave properly. The Empress made a Royal Decree that any soldier misusing their powers will be jailed or executed, depending on what they did, by her own decision.
