The goal of the meeting is to lay foundations for the Commonwealth Association which is, in the British mind a branch which ties the former British colonies with a new British government with mutual defense, economic support, as well as other actions related to travel, trade and more. Personal escorts are accepted, if the other party agrees that it goes through a rough procedure of checking their luggage. Police would drive them to the former Palace of Westminster. Second, extradition of criminals. Third, integration of military and network communications so when your troops are surrounded, you could request close air support from the nearest 'commonwealth' military bases or facilities.
