Tali Posted December 15, 2018 Share Posted December 15, 2018 Due to rising tensions in the Caribbean islands, national governments in Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua met with the Secretary of State Elizabeth McCord to request protection from hostile actions from world powers. Hereforth, the Allied States of America signs a Mutual Defense and Economic Pact to ensure to keep peace in the American continent. Defense: If Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador and/or Nicaragua is attacked or invaded by a world power, the Allied States will do everything in its power, militarily, diplomatically and/or economically to assist the nation under attack, while the other parties will assist with military assistance only. The Allied States of America's government will act solely on negotiations on behalf of these nations. Intelligence: If any intelligence is gained by any government, they are to share between each other with the exemption of the Allied States. The Allied States will only share intelligence that directly involves the members in this agreement. Economic Pact: Each nation shall have a free trade between eachother, forbidding import and export tariffs on businesses that operate and headquartered inside a member's borders.
