After the reports given, the Congress has agreed to expand into Asia, claiming Kamchatka to build a Naval and Air-force bases to protect American businesses and citizens in the Asian pacific. With the notice of Kamchatka becoming a unincorporated and organized territory of the Allied States, all local law enforcement and government officials will be incorporated into the Federal system, leaving most of civilian administration to the locals. 

 

To ensure our ability for our trade routes to get through the gulf of mexico, the Allied States Congress has also approved of capturing the Caribbean islands to ensure safe passage of our vessels.

With the sudden disappearance of the Rokkenjima's government, Congress no longer saw it economically viable to fund and build military infrastructure in the area and released Federal claims to Kamchatka and allowed them to have complete independence.

 

With that, the AS Military also moved into the remaining lands of Cuba to ensure dominance of the Island from Britannian aggression and attempts to control Allied States ship movements, and have entered negotiations with the island nearby to start a diplomatic attempt on annexing Haiti and the Domincan Republic before the Britannians have an attempt to fully close off American shipping lanes.
