All forms of in-game communication, including but not limited to, messaging, war declaration reasons, alliance announcements, leader, city, or nation names, and nation and alliance descriptions must be appropriate. Vulgar language, mean comments, Nazism or Nazi related names and titles, Terrorist organizations related names and titles etc. are not allowed and will result in your nation receiving a strike.

The flag used was created by Islamic Courts Union and the Islamic Muthanna Movement. The IMM was allies with ISIS, Jaysh al-Jihad (who later merged into Khalid ibn al-Walid Army, who merged with ISIS), and Yarmouk Martyrs Brigade (who also merged into Khalid ibn al-Walid Army, followed by ISIS). The ICU is from Somalia and led to the formation of Al-Shabab (Al-Qaeda affiliate and designated terrorist organization by the US and Canada). Some leaders of the ICU were/are considered terrorists by the US government. In particular, these ICU leaders and members are known terrorists: Mukhtar Robow became an Al-Shabab leader. Hassan Dahir Aweys is considered a supporter of terrorist activities and previously led Al-Itihaad Al-Islamiya, designated a terrorist group by the US and Britain. Hasan Hersi was also a leader of Al-Itihaad Al-Islamiya, was considered a terrorist financier, and considered to be a known associate of Al-Qaeda.
