Introducing the Big Five

The Big Five is the largest five corporations located in the Allied States of America that have gotten together and created an organization to secure their businesses, and ensuring safety of the workers and eliminating poverty in the Allied States of America. As such, the council of Five will be created, a member from each corporation will be sent during council meetings to pass regulations that all 5 companies have to follow and any businesses they have dealings with. Any of the 5 corporations that do business with another entity that doesn't follow these regulations will be disciplined by the other four corporations through fines and potential removal from the Big Five.

Preamble:

To further the growth of the economy, and to pursue a more perfect relations between corporate leaders and workers, the Big Five will use their advantages to advocate for safer working conditions, higher wages and eliminating poverty via economic, scientific and political means. Each corporation pledges to fulfill these goals to the best of their abilities.

 

Article 1 Working Standards

The Council of Five will set out an approved set of guidelines, reviewed by independent observers to eliminate biased and unfair business practices. Once a guideline is approved by the Big Five and the Independent observers, each corporation must adopt these guidelines into their policies. 

Article 2 Economic Standards

The Council of Five will use information to determine the minimum amount needed for an average family to have the ability to sustain their families in any location. While locations with higher living expenses will be paid more than the employees who live in a lower living expenses, each side shall be able to afford to allow every family to afford housing, utility, healthcare, food and transportation. If a household has more than one working for the Big Five, they will automatically be allowed to requests loans(Student, auto and etc) and grants(Student, auto and etc.) while a single household will be determined by the Corporation they work for. All households with children under the age of 18 will be eligible for Student loans, scholorships and grants to be prepared for the age of 18 when they move towards a college education. The Big Five will also ensure that all student loans are fair and have the lowest interests rate nationwide*.

           *If a household has a child(ren) that excels will automatically be granted full scholarships to any university of their choosing.

Article 4: Protecting the workers nationwide

All Big Five corporations must only do businesses that follow the beliefs of this organization. A business must be ensuring they are implementing safety protocols enforced by the Council of Five and that the businesses are paying their employees a wage that is livable.*

       *If a business does not have the budget to meet a livable wage, they must sign a contract that states they will hand all budgets to the Big Five corporation they are wishing to deal with to prove their financial abilities and that they agree to work with the Big Five corporation's marketing team to train the businesses marketing team to draw in more income to give employees raises until they hit the minimum required to give such a wage.

Article 5: Disputes and failing to follow regulations

All Big Five Corporations are required to ensure they follow all regulations set by the Council of Five. If one corporation is caught, the other 4 will vote on to either fine or remove the corporation from the organization.

Article 6: New Members

For a new corporation to join, they must already have implemented the Council of Fives regulations. For a new corporation to enter the Big Five, they must be sponsored by one of the current members and then a vote will be held. All current members must vote in favor to allow a new member. However, if there is already 5 sitting members, the new corporation/business will only be granted Economic aid. They will not be allowed to vote, however they can give advise to the Council of Five. If a corporation is removed from the Council of Five, the Council will vote to fill the empty seat. 

Article 7: Leaving the Big Five

If a member wishes to leave, the corporation/business must not be indebted to the Organization, once all debt has been paid, they can revoke their membership, which will lead to them losing all benefits from being in the Big Five.
