Operation Flex on Vladivostok

With the need to expand into Asia and it's markets the Comitee of the BI has decided to return accept a part of formerly Eastern USSR, as it used to be once the most powerful communist state. The symbolism of the union is important but there is a decent benefit to both people back in the Isles and the Soviets. An expansion of the urban areas is under go to expand the work force in the newly obtained area, while it also acts as a trade outlet and a strategic jumping off point. The previous military bases put there by the soviets are reconstructed to modern standards, with the addition of radar, anti aircraft weaponery as well as air fields. Engineers from the Isles are traversing to the east to expand the military and civil ports.  A Police force has been sent to the east to conduct training on the previous police force already present there. They go through the history of the formerly soviet police and that is the reason on why some police officers have lost their job as they do not fit in the record with suspicion that they could act as spies or just straight traitors to the motherland.

If the expansion of the workforce and the safety of the populace is skipped over, there were reports of people going missing and they suspect that the secret police of the BI is to blame as they suspected they are members of an underground society to kick out the communists out of the Eastern Territories, but as the reports of people missing have slightly increased the crime rate overall has been lowered drastically. 

A direct visit by a central comitee member is expected, wether it be the grand Comissar Corbyn himself or some of his co-workers, nevertheless, civil security forces have been more active and a military parade in Vladivostok, and with that some pieces of heavier equiptment will be moved from the homeland to the E.T. where they will stay after the parade. While in Okha there will be a public show of Aircraft and Marine ceremonial exercises with a lot of colours and fireworks involved.
