Sir Scarfalot
(No, I'm not suggesting some kind of new policy or war mechanics, awesome though that would be.) The idea is that we have the option in our settings to load a "basic HTML" version of P&W, just like there's a "basic HTML" version of gmail. That way we can choose to go to a far simpler page for when we need rapid warfare or when our internet is just slow as crap (like mine), but still go back to the full version for peacetime when the difference between a half of a second and a tenth of a second aren't as critically relevant. As anyone that's ever lost a quick-draw can tell you: Those miliseconds matter. Edited October 30, 2018 by Sir Scarfalot 3
Yang
Not even combat mode, just a plain "lite" mode. I find all the images and quotes rather annoying, and I'd just be happy with a plaintext HTML thing. None of that fancy bootstrap either. The game can drain hundreds of MB of data during wars.
Kurnugia
It seems good though we should implement it in a way that Newbies know about it. 1 Quote Opinions are my own.
