I remember that upon creating my nation, I received several automated messages from a number of alliances. I was wondering if anyone who knows how to do this would be willing to share this with me. These systems have to / have been be programmed (takes time) and allow for semi exclusivity, if everyone has one (espc micros) it kind of ruins the purpose of having one.
