With major increase of hostilities in the Eastern Asian theatre, the Prussian nation would like to intervine with a major driver of it, the Empire of the Rising Sun. Not only does it possess lands of the Japanese mainland, it could show itself as a threat to German claims in China. Prussian delegates would to arrive in the capitol of Japan by Plane. The Govenor of the Chinese Reichskommissariat, Albert Hess, former Chancellor of the Prussian nation, Otto von Bismarck and on a personal voyage to Japan the founder of CyberLife Andreas Richter. Andreas himself has organised a large fest inside of Osaka, with Japanese Officials invited as well as the two German visitors would recive an invitation so the two nations would have a better opinion on each other from the get go.

The location of the party is the Vacation home of Andreas in Japan in his modern-built home in Japan overlooking Osaka, except the many beautiful looks, it also has a large balcony, vast space in the house itself and many alcoholic beverages. The party starts at 21:00, as mentioned on the invitation. The personell working on the party are all androids, to show the Japanese the new modern age of robotics. The security itself is compromised primarly of androids. A police force from Prussia is based in the Police HQ in Osaka. 5 Armoured Vehicles were brought up with no aerial force with the Japanese nation taking that part and claiming responsobility of safety of the party and the people there.

Accompanying the party would be the emporer himself, his Director of State and Ditector of diplomacy. With them, would be the Kensei unit, the Enporers personal gaurd. The unit accompanying the Emporer would have 12 of the individuals, and the nearby KSDF airbase would be kept at an elevated defcon as a precaution. Local law enforcement would be out in full force, to ensure the party would go off without a hitch.

An android would open the door for the Japanese visitors while the Prussians have already arrived before. The room was filled with famous old politicians that act posh, while the 3 Prussians would have a darker etiquette orriented to black. Bismarck wearing a military uniform, Albert with regular attire to such parties with a suit as presented in the picture beforehand, while Andreas has a loose approach to his clothing for the party not being torn by suits or uniforms but an outfit that would let him use his mobility to the maximum and enjoy the party.. The gathering was filled with people either standing or sitting together discussing and plainly talking with drinks close to them while the only movement was by Female Androids giving out snacks and drinks to the attendants. As the Japanese officials entered, Andreas would point towards the door with both of his hand saying: "There they are. The stars of the show" , while nudging Bismarck whispering to him "I got you cowered.". A female android would approach the officials and extend her arm while Andreas continues "You can leave your coats to this beautiful lady and now enjoy the night!"

The Japanese officials would enter the room, with the Emporer moving first and the other two following a respectful distant e behind after giving the androids their coats. The Director of State would stare at the female Android intently; denoting a more than educational curiosity. The Emporer would barely glance at it, though his eye would be caught by one of the male androids for a brief moment. "Its a pleasure to be here. Hopefully this will be the start of a prosperous relationship between our nations." Harutoma would say before giving a nod of acknowledgement, a sign of great respect when given by the emperor.

[Rimski]

Andreas would open up the conversation again after bowing slightly with the upper body to show respect to the Japanese tradition: "Well if the gentelmen are done with eyeing robots, I'd love to introduce you to the grand Bismarck and Albert, the people that ventured to Japan to improve the Prusso-Japanese relations, talk about each others national ambitions, maybe you'd like to purchase the Anroids presented to you today. Your choice! Cheers!" he'd finish rising up a beer and then clinking with the two diplomatic Prussian attendants.

[Spectral]

"Very well. We would be interested in discussing purchasing the androids to out then to work in government owned shipyards. As it stands, we're forced to privatize the labor, and I would much prefer an alternative. In regards to our nation's relations and interests, we would be interested in discussing these things with you."

"Well all is set if you'd like to discuss it now! Up there" he points at a door on the upper floor, "All set, safe with beverages to be chosen by you if you'd desire, or if you want to enjoy the party go ahead!". Bismarck and Albert shake hands with the Japanese officials while at it and introduce themselves. "We come in the name of the Holy Prussian state that protects and keeps the Germanic traditions, religion, ambitions of the european states which were not torn massivly by technology and forgot their past. We see the Japanese peoples to desire the same but in Asia, that is the main reason we'd come here, to meet the state like ours in a different part of the world and share what we have to improve our asian brother"

[Spectral]

The officials would shake their hand and engage in the idle chatter as the Emporer would begin moving towards the upper area. "The goal of the Japanese Regime, is to retake the traditional Japanese territory, as well as ensure our security through power projection in the Pacific. As long as Prussia can respect those goals, I do not former us encountering issues." 

[Rimski]

"That is the exact task Prussia is trying to accomplish, as there is a large ammount of German peoples in the central european theatre and we desire to hold them directly and protect the germanic peoples under one state, under one banner and one crown. Now seeing we have simmalar ambitions but different traditions it is only natural that a bond was formed between the two crowns of Japan and Prussia and to cooperate with each other. Do you share the same thought?"

[Spectral]

"I believe working together to be vitally important. As of now, we have begun conducting a series of operations to eliminate the Metaboard as a threat, swarm the corporation, and resecure the two southern Japanese islands. We also intend to arrest more than 200 of their officials for the illegal seizure of Japanese territory. We must ask if this will bother you, prior to moving forward?"

[Rimski]

"I think we should move it to the room, but I see we are a bit circling around the conversation. We are here to discuss the potential issues our two states have inside and outside, and see how we could help each other in that affair. Well one of our issues is a large rampant issue of gang warfare inside Hamburg in the north of our nation with massive death counts and destruction and intervention is very risky and needs a large operation to eliminate the threat but the issue is larger at hand with suspected weapon sumuggiling as one of the gangs owns Military grade weapons and has had major victories over the enemy. While we have a large issue in Munich with the Androids having a bug in the code and revolting. There were bugs in the code before but we have respected their efforts of desire of freedom by peace, the Munich affair is that those deviants are radical. All normal androids were replaced with the new one which will have no chance of becomming deviant, those are now that are up for exporting and so with on first place to be sold to you, with no one else being able to take the primary nation where we'd like to export."

[Spectral]

After entering the room, the Emporer would begin to speak once more. "In regards to dealing with issues such as that, the most important asset is intelligence. I would advise embedding Intel operatives to find out supply routes, critical locations, and important leadership. Sometimes a nation shouldn't fight a criminal entity toe to toe, but mitigate losses by gradually eliminating the criminal enterprise. I'm glad to hear that an improved model exists, and as stated, automated labor that can work around the clock is needed for our shipyards. It would also be ideal for our aircraft manufacturing plants as well. We would need an overall unit number of around 213,000, however."

[Rimski]

"That is clear, but our plan was to set a Task Force peforming those tasks and exterminate them, to hurt them where it hurts most. We are not sure if we should focus on one or the other. One are drug smugglers the other gun smugglers, the druggers are on the losing side and took heavy losses, over hundred members dead, the gun smugglers have only lost vehicles and ammo. Direct involvment would just cause us more harm than anything. Now the androids, I am not sure if we could sell you that many on one trade agreement. Maybe 15k Androids max this time."

[Spectral]

"We Wil, of course, purchase the 15,000. However, surely there's a way to create up to 213,000 within the next 3 years? Automating our facilities is vitally important to the expanding needs of the Japanese Military. We would be willing to pay 1.5x market costs to ensure the mass production of that capacity?" The Emporer would prod, an emotionless smile being maintained.

[Rimski]

"With the new batch of Androids which were set for replacement, we were focusing expansion of Android usage by the german population, we could produce 100k for exports the next year and 100k more the year after, if we could open a bussiness for android production inside the Japanese state, under one circumstance which is keeping the secret of android production inside your borders, with not even one slightest hint on android production to go out of your borders."

[Spectral]

"I believe that's within acceptable parameters. She can have the trucks themselves enter the warehouse to ensure they can't snoop from intelligence satellites. From there we keep it to upper level officials. So then, how much is each individual android? Additionally, we can offer and extradition and intelligence treaty to aide you in hunting down the drug and gun smugglers operating in or around Japan."

[Rimski]

"One individual android is worth 12.000 US dollars, and even though we doubt the gun smuggiling would go all the way into the asian sphere and we think their links are mostly European as Hamburg is the gate port in the large northern sea so that would link us as there are many other ports example Norway, England, Benelux or Northern France could have been potential hubs for gun smuggiling, but we'd appreciate Intel operations in Japan to be sure about it. Anything else on your mind?"

[Spectral]

"As of now, there are 3 threats that concern Japan. Aerial, Naval, and ballistic missiles. We've begun capturing the advanced aircraft of the Metaboard to further develop our own air capabilities, and believe we will be able to develop one of the more capable multi role fighters, and our navy is being expanded dramatically with more advanced technology. Thus, our primary concern comes to ballistic missile threats. Primarily, long range ones, given that shirt and medium would fall into the realm of naval threats for our nation. As such, we are beginning the Arrow program for missile interceptors. The intent is to be able to defend against ICBMs and standard long range cruise missiles. Would Prussia be interested in developing the Arrow alongside the Japanese Empire?"

[Rimski]

"We would be glad to support the Japanese Empire in this current project it planned for the benefit of both of us, and we could have supported you before in the issue of Air and Navy, but for now we will make sure the Asian theatre is set and fortified for your safety, then we'd make sure back in Europe our position is safe. I think we just forged an alliance with this" Bismarck would smile and offer his hand.

[Spectral]

"We believe that Prussia is a good friend to have, and will ensure we work closely with your government as we progress. You will, of course, have the blueprints for the Arrow system. Additionally, we can sell you iron dome systems for short to medium range ballistic missile defense, supplemented with the cheaper Barrak-II cruise missile designed to aide the iron dome in defending against mass ballistic attacks." The Emporer would shake the man's hand, returning his smile.

"We could use Missile defence systems and more of an expansion of our navy. That is the primary flaw of our state. We have a dominant ground and air force in Europe but that will mean nothing if we are hit by missiles and our naval forces are just used as a counter-measure to larger vessels and transports with our u-boats. We operate with submarines that do not reach vast distances being limited to fuel that way but their stealth is what triumps there, and we focus on keeping the German seas safe with them in case of a conflict in the north, otherwise we won't be using our navy much, and we'd use other means to destroy what we would with the submarines."
