The Umbrella Corporation refuses to pay the Tariffs on multiple reasons and from hereby recall all Umbrella goods currently in the Empire's borders. The net amount of goods being recalled equal to 25.6 million dollars and will taken back to the Umbrella Corporation and redistributed elsewhere in the Asian Markets. Also, the Tokyo City Walls mechanical doors shall close, forbidding any traveling. The only entrance to be kept open is the USS and UBCS Border Control Doors. Speaking of the USS, the Umbrella Board of Directors has decided to increase defenses in Tokyo to 5,000 personnel to 50,000 personnel.
