Projects:

Arsenal Ship; A T-AO 201 hull with 500 vertices launched missiles, 550 million price cap. Max crew of 50 personnel, cannot be docked and mist be refilled at sea. (Completed)

Submersible Aircraft Carrier; Design will utilize a Shibuya class submarine, extended to almost double it's length with added support wrongs. Utilizing 40 torpedo tubes and can carry up to 320 Tomahawk shells. (Failure)

Drone Stealth Submarines; utilizing technology derived from the submersible carrier, as well as a hull from a Type-39 submarine, the drones will be equipped modernized capabilities. The Programs intent is to create automated safeguards to defend Japan's territorial waters. (30 completed)

Modernized cruiser; designed to incorporate the new designs for a completed LaWS, a fusion reactor, and a minimum of 130 VLS cells with 3 reloads. The vessel houses 50 Archnet drones; 10 Archnet-3s, 5 Archnet-2s and 35 standard archnets. Additionally, it will possess 2 mini railguns capable of firing up to 50 miles away. The cruiser will be heavily armed with the primary role of anti-ship capabilities, supplemented by anti-air sea sparrow missiles. It will utilize an expanded design of the Burke class cruiser. The intent is to utilize titanium to add additional armor to maintain the weight but dramatically increase the armor. The vessel cimes in at 30,000 displaced tonnes. It is to have more durable combat ships designed to move quickly and hit hard.

Battleship; the design utilizes titanium in place of steel, allowing for a 40% decrease in weight for a 2.1% increase in durability. Thus, utilizing the new generation fusion reactor to power it to speed a equal to that of a carrier, it will displace 65,000 tonnes. The vessel has 2 small railguns designed to pierce the hull of a vessel from distances of up to 50 miles away. A larger scale artillery railgun will be installed at the center of the vessel, capable of firing up to 250 miles away, though success at hitting moving targets dramatically reduce its effectiveness every 30 miles. At 150 miles, hitting a moving target becomes impossible. The vessel will have 12 LaWS systems, to eliminate ballistic missile threats. It will contain 512 VLS', with 2 reloads for the missiles and 25 projectiles for the railguns. It will contain 34 of the swarm USVs, as well as a command-and-control unit for ballistic defense as well as ISR compiling and drone control.

Archnet; USVs designed with a special coating, the usv is small, has a termite welder attached to a mechanical arm, a number of pentmetrating mines, as well as an automatic weapon yo eliminate other subs. The USV has a dimension of 3 feet tall, 4 feet long, and 2 feet wide. The USV Is designed to get under a vessel, weld a weak point into the hull, and attach a smart mine. There are 3 varients; Archnet-1 is a standard combat drone and follows the typical design. Archet-2 is a leader variant which broadcasts the designated target, and has a microwave device designed to fry other drones. Archnet-3 is an anti-mine variant designed to ensure the safety of the surface vessels, this one is made from titanium to eliminate it's magnetic signature and operates at a low frequency.

Poseidon; A ballistic torpedo intended to have a range of 200 miles. Utilizing new advances in sonar, it will becapable of speeds up to mach 3.5, have regular passive sonar, be able to alter course mid flight, and utilize laser line following tech ology mixed with low frequency active sonar to track and destroy submarines. The design must be able to fit in existing designs aboard frigates and destroyers.

In an effort to further spur Japan forward, a series of 3 military communication satellites, as well as 11 intelligence satellites, would be launched into orbit within the next 433 days. Additionally, the Japanese regime would begin establishing the SOSUS network up to 1,500 miles off the Japanese coast. The intent was to establish a web of surveillance and communication to further consolidate control in the Pacific theatre. While Japan may have a limited navy, the intent was to have no less than 8 strike groups within the next 2 years. Producing most ships requires a mere few months, ultimately the main reason strike groups take so much time, is a result of producing aircraft carriers. For the time being, the Japanese Regime will export the carrier production to develop it's surface fleet, focusing on producing standard surface combat vessels as well as ballistic missile and attack submarines. Ultimately, using the poets on the Chinese coast and on the mainland of Japan, the Japanese Regime could produce 4 strike groups each year. The Military Research division, however, was hard at work producing the fifth generation stealth Aircraft, as well as the arsenal ships that would serve to overwhelm traditional carrier groups.

The satellites themselves would cost a total of 15.3 billion credits, leaving 139.7 billion left unallocated in the annual budget.
