Defeat a nation permanantly

To make this game play more into realism and what not. We should make it to where a nation can hit 0 infrastructure, and when it does the city is deleted, and if all cities get deleted they have to restart.

I have seen it dozens of times by now. If you allow people to be permanently defeated, then ultimately all competing sides will be wholly eradicated except one, which neither can nor will allow anyone else to play whatsoever. Inactives will be deleted at the same rate as they currently are, more or less, since they're not a threat; while anyone that plays actively must do everything in their power to completely annihilate everyone else that won't cooperate with their will, immediately, or they'll be player-banned from the game. This always, always results in the game stagnating, huge drop-offs in activity and player count, and in the end nobody at all will play.

It is inevitable should your suggestion come to pass. There is no other possible result. Please stop making irresponsibly, suicidally stupid suggestions.
