Ukunaka Posted July 5, 2018 Share Posted July 5, 2018 Not sure if this is just because the way it is coded, and i did not notice this until after i reinstated my VIP but, When your VIP Expires your nation cover switches to washington DC even if you use a Public Cover, i Used Night Sky while i had VIP and when it expired it switched me to Washington DC.
