The demand to ensure our weapons are effective and controllable, the Umbrella Board of Directors, also known as Umbrella High Command, has decided to test some of the B.O.Ws and viral weaponry. 

 

Weapon to use: Weaponized T-Viral Agent

Location(s): Rovaniemi and Lappeenranta. 

 

Rovaniemi: Determining the effectiveness of T-Viral cure. Population shall be infected with the T-Virus and once symptoms show, administration of the cure will be injected. Any citizen that still falls to the T-Virus shall be euthanized and body cremated to remove active T-Viral agents to hide evidence. Any citizen found to discover the truth of the "flu" shall be quietly removed from the equation. If enough of citizens in Rovaniemi discover the truth, a nuclear device shall wipe the city with a nuclear explosion and blame it on the Rovaniemi Nuclear Power plant. 

 

Lappeenranta: No citizen shall receive the cure, and data will be collected by UBCS officers on the guise of extracting citizens from city limits, however no citizen shall be allowed past the city gate, which will close as soon as infection is noticed at the gate entrance. Once infection has hit that level, the gate shall close, barring from anyone entering or leaving the city. Air Traffic shall be grounded and if any unauthorized planes or helicopters inside city limits shall be shot down immediately by Umbrella Air Security Services. After sufficient data has been collected, a small tactical nuclear device planted at City Hall shall detonate and the Lappeenranta Nuclear Facility shall be used as a cover story.

 

Umbrella High Command has ordered shipment to Rovaniemi and the tests will commence shortly after the arrival of the shipment.

Lappeenranta: The first incidents have been reported to local management(unaware of the operation) and has instructed local UBCS soldiers to lock down sector 5, 6 and 7, the Northside of the town, while sending medical and ubcs teams to help the sick inside the quarantined area. U.S.S. Bravo Squad has been dispatched to disrupt quarantine, disguised as foreign agents of unknown origins. Upper Management will be keeping an eye on the situation and have U.S S Alpha Squad to observe and destroy all communications in Lappeenranta once the outbreak hits peaking levels. 

 

Rovaniemi: The shipments of the Anti-Virus for the T-Virus has been shipped disguised as a newly created antibiotics. Doctors have been informed to cremate any victims who die from the T-Virus, which has been classified as a flu to hide the truth of this test. Local doctors do not know this information.
