Step 2 To avoid issues for your friends' alliances, make sure they leave them if they are not members of alliances like Arrgh or Typhon. Step 3 Make sure that despite being at relatively high numbers of soldiers, tanks, or planes (to attack the people you don't want counters to come in for), you have 0 ships so that when your friends attack you, they only have to use 1 ship. That minimizes damage to you and the amount of gasoline and munitions your friends have to use. That way it appears as if your slots have not been filled just for the pity act of avoiding counters after you have declared wars on your actual targets (see Step 4). Now Sheepy can't punish you for filling slots because you're taking damage (0.56 infra, oh noes!). Win-Win! Step 4 Five minutes after leaving beige and four minutes after having your slots filled, attack nations that are inferior in military setup to you. That way you're guaranteed to win while not having to think about getting countered. Yay! You did it!
