Popular Post Keegoz
12 hours ago, Spaceman Thrax said: Wow that's a lot of replies. Okay first of all, trying to convince me there's no attempt to make Felkey look bad would probably work better if I wasn't immediately quoted by several people trying to explain how they're not trying to make Felkey look bad. Hehe. I'm going to reply to Keegoz because while I usually disagree with him about miles of political things, I still think he's the closest one to arguing in good faith. Hi Keegoz! I don't know the history you're referring to. So there's definitely a handicap for me there and I could be wrong. But looking at what's been presented, i don't see much reason to think Felkey was necessarily aware of the plan. Whether or not there's some hypocrisy there can't really be up for debate before it's proven that there's a salient threat against KT he knew about and willfully obscured. It looks like Sphinx brought his name up without talking to him directly, from what I've seen. Without that, the whole thing just falls apart and looks like a clumbsy attempt to slander. Also, it does look like KT would be reaching a bit being really upset about the possible violation of the intent of an optional treaty, considering KT's own history with protectorates and allies. Now me personally, I wouldn't necessarily call it hypocritical, since it could be that Theo and the remaining newer government has a different way of running things and that there's been a bit of shift in ideology. But if you're allowing for that, then TCW and Felkey should probably deserve a bit more faith than that's been shown to them? It looked to me like a fairly understandable shift in ideology and goals between KT and TCW, rather than a VILE BETRAYAL by either side. The treaty went without much fanfare, for example. So the timing, to me, seems a bit suspect. Hi Thrax, Yeah this thread looks like a train wreck I'd mostly like to avoid. The history was where Thalmor basically had a discussion with Shifty about raiding and he jokingly said Pantheon looked juicy. I believe Shifty then hit them or something. The log was leaked and Pantheon cancelled KT on the intel clause. It caused quite a large amount of fallout including the resignation of Thalmor. Most of that Pantheon gov then managed to get themselves into prominent positions in TCW, which was ironic because within less than 6 months we again had an ODP with people who just cancelled us. So therefore, yeah if they then failed to inform KT over a war being plotted against us imo it looks hypocritical. Even if you take the pretence that the plot wasn't threatening, apparently Shifty rouging a top 10 alliance was enough to warrant an intel clause being activated. I believe I have given them the benefit of the doubt atm, there is no proof out there at the moment to suggest they did know. I don't particularly see the TCW break up as betrayal either, I initiated it partially because we had rapidly grown apart and we wanted to take a new direction. 12 hours ago, Smith said: Oh please. A second thread was created with the intention of badmouthing Felkey after there was already a thread discussion the same thing. You literally pinged him and called him out specifically just a few posts above this. Don't act so shocked that he and his friends are now here defending him. Unless of course you meant that it is hilarious for KT of all alliances to call anyone a bad ally considering their many misadventures. "Uh actually it wasn't several months it was 3 months ago" What are you doing So everything TKR does can be equated to how TKR currently operates? Should I equate all of Kayser's misadventures to your current FA? If you still haven't seen that KT operates differently since a year ago, then really you didn't know us and still don't. And apparently adding accuracy to a post is too much for you to handle? 9 Quote [11:52 PM] Prefontaine: But Keegoz is actually bad. [11:52 PM] Prefontaine: He's my favorite bad leader though. It seems like your point is that your alliance is being "persecuted" unfairly, but you seem to be making that point by suggesting that Smith's hero is Hitler. Hmm, I think I'm starting to put all the puzzle pieces together properly... Smith = Hitler Smith is persecuting TGH. Hitler persecuted the Jews. According to some of TGH government, TGH = The Jewish Diaspora TGH is The Golden Horde If you do some slight changes to the spelling and inflectional endings, their name is The Gold Hoarders Hoarding wealth is a common anti-Semitic trope in Christendom, whom TGH happens to be allied to. European anti-Semitism led to the murder of over 6 million Jews, some would claim. There are still a few missing pieces, but there is clearly something bigger going on here. What are the greater powers of Orbis hiding from us? Why aren't more people asking questions? Do better. BE better. Bruh. M8. Boii. Son, I am disappoint. Did you REALLY think you were the nano I mentioned? That's deserving of a true Picard triple-facepalm. Look at the post again. Elysium. 11 members. 507 avg score. 5572 total score. Boy, get you some specs and reading comprehension. Now, since you've asked, I congratulate Frostbite and Defcon 1 on building a decent low-mid-tier alliance. Have you been in a good war yet? Got curbstomped yet? Let me know when you've been hit by bigger blocs of alliances twice, we'll check out your score then and see if your members have the same spine as ours. Until then, keep your boasting a little hushed and prepare yourselves for the storms that all larger alliances seemingly must partake of. Be careful, be thoughtful, be prepared, and have some serious balls-to-the-wall members, or you'll go the way of Cerberus, Night's Watch, and many other FORMER top-40 alliances. Best of luck. Do stop making assumptions so easily, it makes you look oversensitive and defensive, as if you feel insecure or inadequate, while I'm sure you have a great deal of confidence in your members and their capability to keep growing.
