The Entente

The Entente (from French entente "friendship, understanding, agreement") refers to the understanding linking the Russian and the French. The understanding between the two powers, supported economic and military growth of both powers and expanding their deep political and economic interests in Europe.

The Leaders of France and Russia would meet in Paris for these talks.

The attendants at the Paris meeting are Nikolay Mushkin the current ambassador to France,  and from Moscow come Ministers of War and Defence,  Foreign Affairs,  Economics and various important Russian Military leaders. 

Nikolay would await them at the Train Station where a 3-taxi convoy was awaiting to drive the representatives to the meeting place. To show respect to the French peoples they would wear clothing used by French commanders which were presents long ago made by the Nation. The Russians in French uniforms looked odd with their long black beards and larger body structure than the french had. Presents for the french officials are Royal Clothing to be given appropriatly same minister role to same minister role,  Minister of War to the Minister of War. In front of the meeting place the Russians made the walkway there seem like there was a plane crash which carried alcohol,  they were drinking and smoking. A whole package of Vodka was there with Russian cigerattes. The old-russian Vodka was the most popular and best tasting alcohol which did not leave a trace of alcoholism. The meeting was post-boned because of the russian 'fun'. The attendanta went to a Hotel and slept through the day. An hour before sunrise the russians came in Tsarist Militaristic Uniforms in the meeting room, sat in a half circle on a circular table and discussed the basic principles of the alliance. Most of the Russians had beards and one of them wore a monocle. Upon arrival of French representatives which were in shock because of the condition and behaviour of the Russians this morning whom came early,  had no smell of alcohol nor tobacco,  they were top clean and have already done the list of Russian needs in the Alliance and the basic principles of the Entente in their eyes. 

"The basic demands are the usual of each alliance. Mutual Defence and Optional Agression Pact,  share of intel if each others security was at stake. Any kind of support to be handed out if needed wether it be by sending money,  donations or anything else depending on the situation,  an exchange of units,  I'd say 5000 men of ours sent to Paris and 5000 of yours to be sent to Moscow. No travel nor strade restrictions. And our needs are that you'd respect our interests and that the French Nation will support our new Naval Growth and while that was in progress we will want French Naval support." said the representative with the monocle. He pushed the paper with all the needs written on it towards the French whom were still standing.

"Welcome to Paris Ministers. The French Naval Provision can be discussed, but we do not feel comfortable on that agreement at the moment. The French Would support a Free-Trade Zone; and a freedom of movement. The French would require the Russians respect our interests."

"We can agree on the intetests as we assume they will not even collide so no hate will emerge in between the two. Now what we wanted with this deal is a 'rescue all' kind of pact. Where if someone was put at a bad state,  the other would try to get them out. And the main clause in this is the expansion of our navy with your prints and the guarantee of a naval rescue if urgeny needed even though no Navy is a threat to Russia with the large in-land focused population with exceptions. Now on our hand we could guarantee support from our front and even send a large force to protect and serve in a battleground of your desire. Our government has some interest in the Northern Italian part,  but they can be not talked about as it is not an urgent interest of the nation as if we have you as an ally then the same role will be aqquired as if we had the desired parts of Northern Italy. We desired for a staging ground for southern europe if threats came by, like the campaign of Suvorov at Terrebia. He got the staging ground for Operations in Italy from his Allies but we wished for a home-governed staging ground. Oh well it is not of the primary of our interests. Now for the conflict in Italy,  we could support your army with a Mountaineer Regiment commanded by Russian Officers fluent in English and/or French. So communication with the soldiers themselves might be an issue"

"We can agree to providing Naval Support where and when needed and of course at the leisure of France. We can not send you a carrier group when Marseille is at threat for an example. The Southern-Occupied territories are not for discussion; they will return to France and we thank you for your support through a regiment. Our campaign is going successfully and we've managed to entrap a good portion of their army in a major flank. Similar to what the Germans did before."

"The teritorry we wanted is in the North-East of Italy. The Veneto region. Our Units would gladly venture the sea route but the Vikings are giving us troubles,  we plan to once sort them out and not worry. But for now we have no way to lead our troops to your front in this current stance. From now on, I am sure we can shake our hands and grab our pens and call the bond as a whole. I am sure we have already agreed to the main pointes of Mutual Defense, Support of any kind if needed, the recognition of areas of interest with no involvment except support if the other party just wanted to help out a comrade, and all we already talked about and agreed on. "
