The Umbrella Corporation has authorized opening Sales contracts to international organizations and foreign governments from varying industries. such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, cosmetic, and security. We also are willing to sign contracts to open up and operate Medical facilities such as hospitals and clinics, depending on the organization or government. Research and Development contracts are available, however the Umbrella Corporation terms will be strict on these contracts and will use any legal methods to ensure the contract is fulfilled and followed. 

 

Medical Contracts

The Umbrella Corporation shall only agree to opening and operating clinics and hospitals with these vital components:

• Umbrella will be placed as your preferred Healthcare Provider, ensuring that all citizens receiving government welfare for healthcare are required to visit an Umbrella Corporation or a clinic/hospital contracted by Umbrella Corporation. If a population is too far from an Umbrella Healthcare facility and there is no medical company contracted by Umbrella, and the citizen's health is too unstable, the citizen receiving welfare may go to an non-contracted medical facility.
• Umbrellacare, Umbrella's Healthcare Insurance, shall be open to do business inside the nation's borders unless the Government provides Universal Healthcare, which then in-turn, the Government shall cover the costs.
• Umbrella shall be able to construct Umbrella Security Service Regional HQs and Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service Regional HQs as well to protect Umbrella transports and goods.

Each contract will be unique, but those are the three vital terms, which must be agreed upon except in special circumstances.

 

Research and Development

The Umbrella Corporation is willing to accept contracts to either assist or take on a Research and Development agreement with the following terms:

• Umbrella shall receive _____x amount per month or year.
• Umbrella shall be consulted and included on any major business deals concerning the product(s) it helped develope
• Umbrella shall have half of the Copyright Agreements to ensure that second term is fulfilled.

The Umbrella Corporation is only willing to accept 10 Research and Development agreement at a time, unless the product they are wishing to create will be extremely profitable to Umbrella.

 

Security Contracts

Depending on the job, you can hire the Umbrella Security Services for general protection of a facility and/or transports while any Outbreaks caused by micro-organisms, mankind or natural, shall be handled by the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Services. The Prices vary, depending how many teams requested to be sent and distance, while X amount of the agreed amount shall be paid upfront, while the last half shall be sent to Umbrella after the job is complete.

 

There is no vital terms for this contract.
