Equiptment - Pacific Fleet 1 moved from Sri Lanka to Hong Kong (With an another C. Group being sent to Sri Lanka). AA Guns mainly and Artillery.

The entrance to the City are blocked off and protected with mines. Road Infrastructure is rigged with traps as well, to destroy at the move of any convoy there (outside of the city)

The Imperium fleets in orbit around Earth would descend above the Chinese coast, sitting only 3 miles above the ground. As the Rok Navy advanced, the ships would fire a warning round into the water a mere 250 feet from the vessels. The transmission would then be sent over all channels.

A fleet of seven Dream End Airships finally arrived, their mission to assist Rokkenjima's naval forces in the protection of East Asian territory. General Lucifer of Rokkenjima's Air Force received the Resorian transmission, and upon his arrival, sent one of his own back.

"Rokkenjima is fully committed to protecting East Asia from foreign colonization. No matter how you slice it, the People's Republic of China is dead in the water. While it was still active, Rokkenjima acknowledged the Ottoman military presence in China. However, with China's collapse, their continued military presence is unjustified and threatens peace in the region. Surely you know that CEAN as a whole is committed to the protection of East Asia just as we are, and they will undoubtedly back us up. So, if the Ottomans withdraw from East Asia, Rokkenjima's forces will withdraw back to internationally recognized waters and airspace until such time that a new and stable government may be formed in the former PRC. Otherwise, our forces will remain. We have just as much of a right to be here as you do, currently."

As a the Socialist Ottoman Empire no longer has a region partner, it is expected that their forces be withdrawn from the East Asian Region. As such, the Republic of Aguacenta is preparing to take the following actions should the forces of the Socialist Ottoman not be withdrawn from the region.

1. All Ottoman nations currently within the territorial borders of the Republic will be deported to their home country at their own expense. All Ottoman citizens found within the borders of the Republic after 30 days from the deportation order will be detained for violation of Aguacentian immigration and customs laws. 
2. All Ottoman citizens will be barred from entering the borders of the Republic until Ottoman forces are withdrawn. All Ottoman citizens found to be entering the country illegally will be detained for violation of Aguacentian immigration and custom laws. 
3. All Ottoman public and private assets of Ottoman citizens currently within the Republic will be frozen until Ottoman forces are withdrawn. If forces are not withdrawn in 30 days from the initial ban, these assets will be expropriated by the state and used to fund various non-profit efforts supporting the proliferation of international law.
4. All commercial ships flying an Ottoman flag will be barred from the use of Aguacentian ports, Aguacentian territorial waters, and specified exclusion zones. Vessels found within these waters 30 days from the initial ban will face the following consequences: Vessels and cargo will be impounded and auctioned. Proceeds will be donated to international anti-piracy organizations; Crews will be detained for violation of Aguacentian immigration and customs laws.   
5. All Ottoman goods will be barred from entering the Republic.
6. All Aguacentian firms doing business within the Ottoman Empire or with Ottoman firms will face escalating fines, until such time that the firms desist in their interactions.
7. All political officials from the Ottoman Empire currently within Republic will be deported to their home country. Aguacentian officials within the Ottoman Empire will be recalled.
8. Any third party or unclaimed territories of the East Asian Region found to have accepted Ottoman flagged vessels will have their vessels denied access to Aguacentian ports and subjected to the same prohibitions and policies listed above.
9. Any third party found to rendered military assistance to the Ottoman Empire shall be subjected to the same prohibitions and policies listed above.

Should their militarization effort result in a territorial claim in the East Asian Region, the Republic will deem this to be a needless provocation and blatant violation of the East Asian Treaty's prohibition against outside colonial claims and further action will be taken. As always, the Republic remains committed to peace and economic stability in the East Asian Region despite repeated and unnecssary provocations on the part of the Socialist Ottoman Empire.

"Maybe if you possessed an ounce of intelligence within your tiny brains, you'd realize we have every right to be here. You send your armed forces into unclaimed territory in our sphere of influence with the reasoning of keeping them safe, when you are the exact thing they should be protected from. Why do you think the Communist regime in China collapsed, hm? Maybe because the people didn't want that kind of government. Maybe because they were tired of living in an aggressive nation that jumps on the chance to declare war on its neighbors, just for existing. Maybe they no longer wished to live in fear of being imprisoned or executed for speaking out against the despicable actions committed by the Communists. Your nation doesn't have the people's best interests in mind. You only wish to build up your military presence in lands you have no longer have any business being in just to piss us off. This will be your last warning. If Ottoman forces haven't withdrawn from East Asia in one week's time, you will be forcibly removed."

The Geth have unanimously agreed that if Rokkenjima uses military action against the SoE, it will be considered as an act of war, and will pursue defensive countermeasures. As such, 10,000 Geth Mobile Platforms will be stationed nearby SoE's Armed Forces to monitor the situation. Any damage done to these Mobile Platforms will be considered as a act of war, and the Geth will then be forced to retaliate.

With Austrian forces now fully taking part in operations under the UNSC, it would be necessary to send aid should the situation arise. With this in mind, once the Austrian fleet had been notified of a confrontation taking place, it was decided that forces would be sent to aid UNSC forces in and around Hong Kong. While the majority of the crew on the SMS Franz-Josef and SMS Kaiser Johan believed that this could lead to a spike in the tensions within the region, it wasn't up to them at this point, as the Joint Chiefs of Staff had already elected to send the ships under Admiral Wilhelm Taube to Hong Kong. Upon their arrival, they would take up positions about half a click above the planet's surface, their guns trained upon the vessels from Rokkenjima. Over Austrian and UNSC ship-to-ship comms, a voice could be heard giving the following message:
"Attention all ships. This is Admiral Taube of the 2nd Imperial Fleet reporting for duty as required by our ascension to the UNSC. All ships are locked onto Rokkenjiman targets should they fire first. Be advised, the SMS Sieger and SMS Herrschaft will arrive in approximately twenty minutes. Keep fighters on standby until further notified." the voice said before cutting out. After a few minutes, the other ships would arrive nearby, themselves prepared to fire upon the Rokkenjiman vessels as well.

You were the one to cause the tension in Asia,  then why would the Chinese want to have your arms and ships so up close. You throw insults at a game of chess. We find it curious that the Ottomans maintain such tight control over the movement of their citizens and the growth of their private enterprise. 

 

OOC: The assumption that no business transactions or exist or have ever existed between two nations who up until this point have been on good terms just because there is no formal agreement in place is absurd. Unless your conjecture is that all citizens have to request permission to enter into business arrangements or travel to-and-from your country, which is also generally absurd. Even at the height of the cold war there was exchange between the US and USSR.

"SoE restricts travel to a few nations which were hostile to us or are allied to the nations whom were hostile to us in the past. No Travelling comes to SoE from most of Asia,  nor do any venture there. It is strictly forbidden. No illegal movements are made to travel there either. It would be impossible to go past so many checkpoints to travel to an illegal location. We do allow peoppe to venture to UNSC and Allies and all of the ventures are paid off by the Nation after x time or ammount of work has done,  or if it is a diplomatical mission. And for buissness ventures, there are none under a SoE banner inside your nation. The Sultan and State control everything in regards of Military, Economy and everything go be exact. All of our buissness is located inside the nation and it would not especially be in yours. We cross a red line on where to go and not to go. No Trade goes on between the two of our nations because of the CEAN allegiance and it is as well controlled by the Sultan. Trade goes between UNSC Members and Regime. No one in SoE owns anything,  all is controlled by the state. All production is mantained by it,  all construnction is as well. We make a house for a family give them a job and they get enough to sustain them for their efforts. I don't remember us being on good terms. We are not on any kind of relationship until the forming of CEAN and the issue between the UNSC and CEAN talks,  then it went sour and downhill. Which resulted in no travel,  no trade and all of the above. "

The HK Communal Province has been fully established after the short term military action in a defensive mamner against Rok Hostility. The Communal Province is a part of SoE Control in which Military and Paramilitary Protection is based and Aid flows through. 5% Of SoE Stockpiles [Clothing and Provisions that were not needed to be handed out to people] are being handed out to the Chinese of HK and surrounding area for now. The Nations Production Lines are focusing on re-supplying the used Stockpiles and to keep a continous flow of Humanitarian Supply to venture to China.
