Expand on Pop

Currently pop is simply a number, but I'd like to see this number split to account for males and females. More men can give certain benefits, more women other ones. In wars looting and beiging should also loot women, but I guess for equality's sake it can loot men too, slaves or whatever. 

For further details you could add races to the pops out there by locking colour and making some people's be at odds with some, friendly with others. So for example Blue people could be extremely hateful of Red people, who hate Blacks, who hate Whites, Who hate pinkies, who hate yellows, so on. This could lead to bonuses like blue nations doing 10% more military unit deaths to reds, reds doing 10% more infra damage to blacks, so on. Beiges and greys are minorities that will make up a small amount of your pop. Beiges are an extremely rich pop who add many benefits but could cause issues if there is enough of them as people begin to despise them and want them expelled. Greys are also a minority but unlike the Beiges they cause constant problems, at times destroying your infra and improvements. You can remove those pops if you wish but that will reduce your income.

However this was just extra flavour to add some meat to this. Just make women a resource and you can stop there mate.
