Guest Posted April 5, 2018 Share Posted April 5, 2018 Quote The Cold Beer Accords Preamble In the interest of friendship, protection, and guidance Frostbite and The Hillbilly Coalition (hereby known as tHC) agree to the following protectorate agreement. I. Sovereignty Frostbite and tHC recognize each other as sovereign and separate alliances. II. Peace and Respect Frostbite and tHC will coexist in a state of peace. Neither alliance will attack the other militarily or verbally. All alliances will remain respectful towards each other at all times and any differences will be handled via private discussion. III. Protection and Defense An attack on tHC will be considered an attack on Frostbite. Frostbite will attempt to resolve such an issue on the behalf of tHC through diplomatic means before force is ever used. While not required, tHC may come to the defense of Frostbite at their choosing if the need for mutual defense is ever requested. IV. Aid and Progress Frostbite will aid tHC when able to help them grow as an alliance. Frostbite also assumes the responsibility for the success and growth of tHC and will offer all the assistance and guidance that it can provide. V. Aggression and Treaty Signing tHC agrees to alert Frostbite if they have decided to go on the offensive towards another alliance within 48 hours of doing so. tHC will never declare war on another alliance without first discussing it with Frostbite leadership. tHC will also get approval from Frostbite before signing any treaties with other alliances and will discuss such decisions with them. VI. Cancellation and Possible Upgrade Both parties agree to give each other 72 hour notice before canceling this treaty. Should tHC feel they have outgrown the need for protection and assistance from Frostbite, the parties will discuss a possible upgrade. While recruiting only 1-2 other experienced players (Max & Avery) and the rest being total new players we're consistently hovering around 40-50 members and 35-40k score and we've had recruitment cut off for weeks. Shavar (was one of those members) and Rattle, both of whom I've known for 10+ years are friends and wanted an opportunity to see if they could do it themselves so we agreed to protect them.
