Breaking News from Paris.

The French Interior Ministry has declared the Christian Democratic Union as the majority winner in Parliament, allowing Her Excellency Laura Chauve to     formally ask His Majesty to form a Government. The Majority winning comes as the National Front and Conservatives make stark gains, not enough to overthrow the Center-Right Coalition.

Immediately when resuming her office, the French Government expanded its holdings in North Africa by signing the Acceptation de la Tunisie dans le

Acceptation de la Tunisie dans la république allowing Tunisia to become a French Overseas Territory within France. Joining Boston and Louisiana as French Overseas Territories.

Prime Minister Chuave also ordered the Ministry of Defense to deploy combat troops into Louisiana where French Special Forces had been stationed for months. Roughly 25,000 French Ground Troops supported by VBLs, VBLC, Artillery, and Mobile Anti-Air were deployed from a French carrier in the region to support roughly 20 Special Forces Operators and 230 French Soldiers in combat outposts.

In Boston, French Soldiers were beefed up by 12,000 new soldiers to aid the roughly 700 already present. Tanks and Armor would be shipped in the coming days, but the French Government has allowed the Governor of Boston to conscript those in the French SBN and the French SHD.

The French Air Force and Navy finishing up the Covenant, turning out to be the Geth agreed for peace. The Prime Minister has announced she will continue with a new planned visit to Mercury, the French Outerspace Territory where she will announce new Space Programs.

The French Foreign Ministry reported the United States had acted aggressively against France in Louisiana, and to safeguard the historic french region, the French Military would deploy. The French Government wishes to reiterate this. Any attempt to attack us or call in their allies; we shall do the same.

The Ministry of Finance announced the Spatial Franc what would be exchanged at [25 SF - 1 Franc]. The Ministry stated that all territories outside of Solis will utilize the Spatial Franc in an effort to combat the Hutt Clan's Economic War with France costing the French Government over 20 million USD a day in lost-revenue, tax-evasion, and money laundering devaluing the Franc in space trade where the Hutts inflate the currency to force space-commerce to use their credits. The Ministry also announced a 4 trillion investment sell-off set to pay-off the French Debt in 2012 and to invest into more mining facilities now producing 64 billion USD a year for France in hopes to push that to 1.2 trillion by 2016. The National Assembly set strict guidelines for Chauve's space-expenditures severely hampering future expansionist policies that have seen massive gains for French companies like XCORP Aerospace and Nova Tesla. The Paris Stock Exchange [PSE] fell by another 8.7% as the French Government tries to counter-inflation by raising tariffs on foreign steel, agriculture, and space-imports alongside cut-back on public projects.

The Ministry of Defense announced France would withdraw 25% of the Territorial Defense Initiative in Louisiana alongside 15% of its troop commitments to the UNSC operations in East Asia. Alongside an increase in anti-piracy in the Neutral Systems. [More on the Defense Press briefing.]
