What powers do alliance Officers have?

What powers do alliance officers have as far as the Control Panel, Tax Panel, and Edit Alliance Panels?

IIRC, most (if not all) of what you listed is up to the alliance leader(s) and can be changed by them in the alliance options.

Not a direct answer to your question, but you should note that Heirs have the ability to promote themselves to Leaders and then demote other Leaders. Ideally, that would be useful if the Leader of an alliance was inactive or deleted for some reason, in practice it gets some new players in trouble because they don't realize they're giving others the power to "run away" with their alliance.

oh wow i thought heirs could only take if all leaders went inactive for 45 days, that seems like to much power for an Heir.
I erased my heir title as i would only give this to someone i knew IRL as i don't plan on going inactive.
