"The Red Regime"

 

The Supreme Council has Authorized a Mutual Defense Optional Aggression Pact with the Regime's government. The Technological wonders and the Red Army's might, the Red Regime will stand to the world and prove the necessities to survive this hostile world and prove that previous opposing factions can work together to create a better world for the Workers and Citizens of the world. 

 

Article I) Respect and Honor

The Regime and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics agree to respect each other, and show honor in future meetings.  Any disputes between the two shall be handled behind closed backroom channels peacefully.

Article II) Intelligence Clause

The Regime and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics agree to share any Intel concerning national security.

Article III) Mutual Defense

The Regime and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics agree to Mutual Defense. An attack on one party shall be treated as an attack on the other. 

Article IV) Optional Aggression

The Regime and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics are permitted to take offensive operations against States that will harm the Interests, however, nobody will be obligated to join the other party's aggressive stance. 

Article V) Amendment

Any Party is allowed to suggest amending this agreement, however both parties must agree to the suggested Amendment

Article VI) Membership

Any nation can apply to join the Red Regime Alliance, however must get full support from the USSR and the Regime. If a new member is taken into, the Red Regime Agreement shall be rewritten to accommodate the new member(s).

Article VII) Cancellation of the Red Regime agreement

Any nation can leave the Red Regime Alliance when disputes are unable to be fixed via diplomacy. When a nation member decides relations cannot be fixed, they must give a 3 Month Notice(3 day notice in OOC time) to the Alliance. During the cool-off period, they will still be obligated to the terms of this agreement. After the 3 month cool down period is finished, the nation member will no longer be obligated by this agreement.
