In the name of BuorKhan,

The Great Khan of Orbis, Heaven's Appointee, Guardian of the Seven Plains, Ravager of the Faithless, Protector of the Believers, Most Honorable, Seducer of Women, God Emperor of Man and Hippo Kind;
 

It came to His Hipponess' attention recently that the manuals sent to IQ had not been let in by authorities who seek to defy his rule. Thus, with the help of his most loyal aides, and purveyor's of Truth, he began working upon the re-education of the IQ host. 

First, as an extension of the Olive branch, he extended his Knowledge towards BK, by offering them excellent advice:

 

 

Along the way, as His Hipponess wandered through IQ controlled territory, He came upon oddities of nature:
 

 

Such living, sentient beings were fit in some strange contraption made of tin, in which they would experience outlandish notions of excellence in relation to war, paired with the occasional boost of self-esteem.

He paid special attention to the denizens of Black Knights, who were the possessors of unusual notions of competence:

 

In His adventures, He also came upon a very peculiar being, who actually wished to be part of Black Knights' navy (which had previously been decimated in a large extent by maneuvers coordinated by TjEst forces):

 

Finally, His Hipponess would like to address Orbis as a whole, by pointing them towards a single manual that would undoubtedly free many of the trapped from their shackles, and shake away the cobwebs of ignorance embedded within certain radiant groups:

 

As a final note, He caught an IQ associated anchor in an argument, during which He with His superior Hippo genes, and higher-ranking intelligence, brought to knees many supporters:
