Ogaden Posted March 5, 2018 Share Posted March 5, 2018 Here are some meaningful things you could add for a nation losing a war: Plant Anti-Personnel Mines: Plant mines between your army and an opposing army, enemy soldiers take 15% casualties regardless of odds, costs 4 action points, can be done as many times as you like for additional damage to attacking forces, but one opposing ground attack clears your minefield. Costs 10 munitions per city. Plant Anti-Tank Mines: Plant mines between your army and an opposing army, enemy tanks take 10% casualties regardless of odds, costs 4 action points, can be done as many times as you like for additional damage to attacking forces, but one opposing ground attack clears your minefield. Costs 10 munitions per city. Deploy Air Defences: Deploy ground to air missile systems and anti-air guns, attacking enemy aircraft take 10% casualties regardless of odds, can be done as many times as you like for additional damage to attacking airplanes, but one opposing air attack clears your defences. Costs 10 munitions, 10 aluminum and 10 gas per city. Lay Sea Defences: Your mine laying ships lay sea mines around strategic sea lanes and harbours and anti-ship missiles are deployed to coastal areas. Enemy attacking ships suffer 10% casualties, can be done as many times as you like for additional damage to attacking forces, but one opposing naval attack clears your mines and defences.
