On January 24th, 2018, the United States has continuously insulted the great Communist Revolution, and the Supreme Council has voted in favor to end any future talks with the United States of America. The General Secretary, angered by the continued aggression of American policies, walked out of a peace agreement that would ensure peace between the two governments. 

The General Secretary will no longer be courteous to the United States government, and will remind them to show respect when dealing with the USSR. We will not submit to their wills, and we will never allow them to spread capitalism to the Soviet Union! Long live the memory of the Russian Communist Revolution! Long live the motherland!

"... So they have decided,"Colonel Vladimir Orlovsky spoke in a rather annoyed tone. "Get Lt Romanov on the horn, I want him to do a forward reconnaissance before we hit ashore and unleash our trap. When?" Orlovsky asked.

"Soon" Said the Major, handing him the reports on the lower deck of the ship. 

 

New York Manhattan, New York

0345 Hours 

 

Under the disguise of a foreign tourist, Lt Romanov sits outside of the city limits, waiting for orders. The slight breeze brushing the Autumn leaves past him. He has been prepped for the upcoming battles, only waiting for the Poliburo to approve the mission. He is staring at the sky when his radio snaps him out of his daze.

"Lt Romanov, come in, The Col- hold on, here is the Colonel," swiftly, the colonel's voice is heard "Lt Romanov, this is the Colonel, my call-sign is Sokol-1. Plan Odessa is a go, I repeat, Plan Odessa is a go, we are officially at war."

 

The Lieutenant sighs, and gathers his men.  They have been stationed in this area for over 2 weeks. Disguised as tourists, waiting for the moment they were ordered to attack, or return home. It seems the orders to attack is a go.

 

Lieutenant Romanov grabs his gear, and gives their men their orders, and they take off to accomplish their mission. 

Under the shadows of the moon, the men pass patrolling soldiers, and find their target. A group of Anti-Air batteries. Running on a skeleton crew, the building was unprepared for any form of attack, the Spetznaz teams use a sneaky route. Eliminating enemy soldiers with silenced weaponry and the use of knives. 

"Charges have been set, we are leaving the area. See you in a few days, lieutenant." The Spetznaz Squad leader says through their radio.  

 

Atlantic Ocean

0400 hours

5 US Naval ships detected. Spetznaz teams deployed to assassinate all members of the patrol. Allowing civilian freighters to slip through undetected

Manhattan Beach, New York 

0500 Hours

A large amount of civilian freighters have arrived infront of the Manhattan beach, cop cars have arrived on the scene. 

"You are in an unauthorized landing zo-", shortly a gunship comes into view, and fires on the police officer and his vehicle, causing a massive panic and the rest of the police fleeing from the area. Armored Personnel Carriers are the first vehicles to leave the freighter ship, and make contact to the dock, then T-90 tanks are unleashed from their containers, anti-air mobile 2K12 Kub systems were unloaded.

"The Vultures have been fed. The world has seen our might, now clear the skies." a Russian officer says, shortly, the 2k12 Kub unleashes a missile to take out any non-friendly helicopters in the skies. Shortly, shortly Artillery is unloaded, and set, ready to fire. 

 

750,000 soldiers, 10,000 Military vehicles have arrived.

The General Secretary, standing in front of the cameras, clears her throat and calmly says, "Today my fellow comrades, a Minister of Justice official, Irina Yarovaya, was murdered in cold blood. The culprit you say? America spies! The KGB was tracking an American CIA team located inside Moscow, trying to make an arrest of these dangerous men. Unfortunately, before they could be detained and executed, they have shot a life-long Justice member in cold blood. During my talks with the American Government, they denied these accusations, eventhough we have proof of emails sent from the United States to their agents in Moscow. With the emails and a gold piece with half of an American flag stamped onto the gold piece. The Americans thought they could bully us into submission, they thought we would bow down to their whims, but today we will show the world that the Soviet Union bows to nobody! As we speak, the brave Red Army has invaded Manhattan, and gained a foothold in the Manhattan Docks. With some cleverness, I was able to sneak the invasion force using Civilian freighters. A big gamble, yes, but a gamble that paid off. We will show those American dogs how to fight, and once we are done, they will never gain the nerve to mess with the Soviet People!" Natalia breathes, and raises her arm in a salute, and then, the broadcasts end.

"This is Sokol-1, Romanov I want you to secure the surrounding blocks of the Docks. So far we have met little resistance, but I am sure the American's will arrive here in-masses. We need to secure the Manhattan area as quickly as possible. Alpha team and Delta will handle the Southern flank, while Captain Malashenko will cover our Northern flank. I will also dispatch a team to secure and fortify the bride leading to Long Island. Once we have secured the immediate area of enemy troops, we will advance towards containing the entire island." Vladimir ordered via the radio. 

 

The slight breeze in the air, the calm before the storm. The US Army will arrive any moment, and we must secure the Manhattan area as quickly as possible, otherwise we shall perish in this forsaken country. 

The sound of sandbags being moved, placed and creating temporary defenses in strategic locations near the docks, the sound of Anti-Air machinery being put together, and the sound of vehicles constantly moving and the occasional gunfire. 

Men joking around, claiming how this will be an easy war, however some didn't laugh, they knew war. The decision to declare war on the United States took us by surprise, as many of the men never thought the Politburo and the Supreme Council would actually give the green light. Makes you wonder how we gotten here. How did the USSR and the USA's relation crumble this far? We may of been on opposing sides, ideology wise, but did their assassination operation of our Minister of Justice enough to justify the war? Many of the men said yes, however there was a minority group that said no, that this did not justify the invasion, however as a loyal soldier, we execute our orders, and spread the glory of socialism. 

 

1136 hours

Manhattan Docks

 

Plans drawn, the Manhattan has been drawn into districts, and the local's defenses have been going offline. The Soviet Navy has finally arrived and bombarded Secure footholds the enemy was barely holding on. Now, thousands of Soviet troops have swarmed the entire Manhattan island, and the rest of the city is expected to fall after the Soviet Air Force unleashes it's payload on the last American stronghold in the city. 

 

"This is Sokol-1, I authorized the use of the RT-2PM2 Topol-M to bombard the last stronghold, and once it's over, I want Romanov to swarm the base with his Infantry regiment, while Captain Malashenko handle's the remaining US Armour in the area. The Soviet Air Force has also graciously decided to give us air support, so make sure to mark target's your men cannot handle. I want this done as soon as possible, so gear up and be ready in 30," Vladimir ordered calmly, while rubbing his hands on his face.

The Final battle for Manhattan

New York, New York

 

The sound's of the bomb's explosions gave the green-light, and the majority of the U.S troops have been dealt with, however there is a few remaining, and we assume it will be the veteran's of the group, so we must take caution.

 

"It's a go men! I want every room checked before we are cleared, and do not initiate combat with the US tanks, Malashenko's heavy tanks will disarm them, we will handle the infantry and Anti-tank personnel. Go Go Go!"

 

The order was given, and the men followed. Soon, the American's will be swarmed by the Soviet Red Army, and the city of New York Shall be ours.

The Soviet Red Army has began increasing military capabilities to continue the war efforts in North America

 

The General Secretary,wants to increase from 1,500,000 soldiers to 2,8000,000,  28,800 to 50,000 military land vehicles and 1800 Military aircraft to 6,750. 

 

construction of the factories have been working on since the start of the 5 year plan, which started 3 years ago. With the military divisions completed, the remaining 2 years will focus on consumer goods. We expect the completion of this buildup to take 5 months with automation speeding up production

The General Secretary has called for a cease fire during Peace talks. The Red Army is not authorize to attack the US unless they attack first, or if peace talks fail.
