Surrounded by Monarchs in Austria, Germany, Great Britain, and Hungadada and Communist influences in the East, France has been a powder-keg united by a democratic society. However, as the years of conflict are behind a new energetic and nationalistic youth that want the restoration of an aging monarch or to join the communist entente and revive the dead concept of the French Commune. 

As France moved into a new decade, unemployment remained high at 4.2%. Many are disconnected with the Government they see as an extension of failures from the Conservative Party. President Korczak although popular has had a sharp decline from 54% approval amongst youth to a meager 37%. 

Only time will tell if France will return on its imperial past or if it will join its ghostly past of communism. Will France be led by a President, Emperor, or Chairman...Only time will tell.

Background Information

The French Civil War (French: Guerre civile française,) is an ongoing multi-sided armed conflict in France fought primarily between the government of President Lidia Korczak, along with its allies, and various forces opposing the government. 

    The unrest in France, part of a wider wave of influence into France. Protests grew out of discontent with the Korczak government and escalated to an armed conflict after riots instigated by foreign powers were violently suppressed.The war is being fought by multiple factions: the French government and its allies, a loose alliance of Socialist and Communist revolutionaries groups, the royalist and nationalist alliance with a number of members of the French Army and British Government aiding them.

    The French Revolutionaries formed the French Commune [FC] and seized control of the cities of Lyon, and controlled the outskirts of Paris. Over time, the Socialist forces joined with the French Commune pursing a moderate communist future for France. 

    The nationalist and royalists formed their own government forming the United Kingdoms of Greater Francia [U.K.] with a future for France bringing back the Monarch and restoration of the French Empire which spread from the wildness of Canada to the forests of Vietnam.  

    Resoria support for the French government began quickly with ONI intelligence believing a civil conflict fueled by foreign backers was swelling in France. 

    A popular uprising had overthrown the monarch back in 1789 which saw the transfer of power from the House of Bourbon to the people. The post-revolution saw the surge of a powerful Francian Empire spanning to the territories under Charlemagne. In May of 1871 the French Army quickly squashed the revolution attempted by Communist sympathizers in the Government and the short-lived French Commune. In 1954 during the Union Crisis, the Communist Party made a small resurgence within the French political spectrum. The aftermath of their control of the National Assembly was instrumental in providing the gateway for the socialist party to be a prime contender to the Conservative-led government and ultimately help spread a more ‘radical’ approach to socialist policies.

Rules

To allow fair and prolonged experience, all operations will go turn by turn. Meaning, if you are sending aid then that is your move at this turn. You can be lengthy in your post, but ultimately all you can do is send the aid off and place some measures to prevent it from being captured or destroyed. Likewise, when attacking you can only simulate the beginning of an attack, your troop movements, and reinforcing them. Turn by Turn will allow some more interesting development, however, I am always open to suggestions.

As one reads The Communist Manifesto, it is remarkable to believe that once great men stood as they do today in Moscow and in Istanbul back where my parents once came from. The class struggle, inevitably led the Soviet Union to greatness just like it will lead France to greatness. I expect critics, I expect resistance, but the people are fed up and today is the day to strike. Not tomorrow, but today while the morning sun rises over Lyon and Southern Paris. Today we march on Paris and tomorrow the masses will march with us. 

 

The Communist Army had gathered vital resources from weapons and medical supplies thanks to unknown donors all to aide the workers struggle against the masters. In its army, the 7,000 strong airforces was made up of volunteers from across the globe fielding older planes with a mission to capture the air force base 25km outside of Lyon to use it as a staging base against the Government. As for the Navy, they operated a fishing boat fleet armed with machine guns and some with mortars. The Communist Army's tactics would rely on misinformation. Only Burak and the other Commanders would know the numbers and movements. The People's Liberation Army would fight a guerilla conflict and in-turn create mass distrust between people and the government aiding their cause. 

On January 31st of 2018, the first shots of the civil war began. 

  The Red Gaurd launched a surprise attack on the Police Nationale Station in Lyon, leaving behind a parcel that would blow up the station. As the Gendarmie fought back, the Red Gaurd stormed what remained of the Police lines decimating their positions. Not long was it when the Red Gaurd left the city where Communist Regulars arrived to hold down key intersections and liberate the people. 

 To the North, the Communist Regulars supported by special forces under the Red Gaurd moved in. They neutralized the base's security suffering their first major losses. The Red Gaurd lost three men while the regulars suffered twenty-one losses. The Air Force base suffered over fifty dead with the vital air base and radar station captured. 

 

In Paris, the real battle had begun. The Presidential Palace and Parliament were hit with mortar strikes. There were no fatalities, but the 71st Army Regiment aided by the 75th Support Group had pushed an all-out attack on Paris. The Army units inside Paris were caught off guard. Their main goal was to protect civilians and relocate them to hotels and other bunkers. Just 15 miles from Paris, the Communist 7th Command Group established a defensive line with artillery, mortars, sentries, cameras, and even small SAM sites. 

The Presidental Palace was evacuated quickly as shelling continued. The French Army mobilized in bases outside of Paris rapidly sending troops to the capital.

 

The Civil War for France had begun.

A force of SPARTANs were brought into the rebel held stronghold of Lyon. With them, inside the back of a large cargo 18 wheeler, was a Zues Rod device strapped in to the truck. The truck moved through the city unimpeded, using the reason of providing medical aide to a local hospital. Their mission was to move into the center of the city, and release the rods firing matrix. Afterwards, the device would detonate, and an EMP would cover the city along with 22 miles beyond. The missile, typically intended for ship-to-ship combat missions, was repurposed for the starting conflict.

 

Meanwhile, the other SPARTAN fireteams would begin mobilizing to kill the Commander of the Royalist and nationalist leaders, go kill that rebellion in its crib. They would know that information thanks to their sources in the SFR.

The People’s Republic of China will increase the protection of its embassy and order all Chinese citizens to not follow any mass protests and move into safer places. The People’s Republic of China will remain neutral and shall recognize the legitimate government. The Embassy will remain active to provide information for the safety of Chinese citizens.

They were agreed to act cautiously and coordinately on the Civil War by using disinformation operation on the Internet and Social Media conducted by cyber army of PLA Strategic Force. Following a rapidly deteriorating security situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a travel alert for France.

 

Current Situation in France

France, what the Ministry has described in the past as a relatively stable country, is experiencing a rapidly deteriorating security and safety situation. The Government of France is no longer able to control various rebel factions within the country, some of whom have the backing of other nations. The current situation in France is a civil war, with different factions fighting against one and other, in violent fashion. Heavily armed soldiers from all sides continue to engage each other, and rapid troop deployments continue. Explosions and indiscriminate shelling have been reported, and attacks on civilian infrastructure are now becoming apparent. 

The conflict situation in France is violent, deadly and dangerous. While there is no specific risk to Hungadadian citizens, due to the indiscriminate nature of the conflict, all Hungadadian citizens are urged to return back immediately, without delay. 

 

 

What to do if you are in France

All Hungadadian citizens are urged to contact the Hungadadian embassy or nearest consulate at the earliest possible moment to organise emergency transport out of the country. Citizens should monitor local media sources (news, radio etc.). Citizens should begin to make their way to a Hungadadian diplomatic mission. Resources have been set up to shelter Hungadadian citizens in diplomatic missions and emergency evacuation transportation is being organised. 

Do not take part in any demonstrations, protests or large group gatherings of any kind. Do not incite violence and follow the direction of authorities. You should stay seek shelter. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. With the civil situation deteriorating, emergency (police, ambulance, firefighting etc.) services may not be available. If you are arrested, request for consular assistance. 

You should be aware that embassy and consulate security has been stepped up, and includes a higher volume of both visible and invisible security measures. This is normal procedure during a 'TRAVEL ALERT'. Once you arrive at an embassy or consulate, you may be asked to provide legal identification including (but not limited to): passport, GiD card, health insurance card, and a drivers license (if applicable). 

 

What to do if you are in Hungadada

At this point in time, there is no risk to Hungadadian citizens in Hungadada. The Ministry of Foreign affairs urges all citizens to prevent any and all travel to France. If you are worried about a relative or friend in France, contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs helpline. 

 

What does a 'TRAVEL ALERT' mean?

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs uses a variety of warnings to indicate danger levels in foreign countries. A 'TRAVEL ALERT' is the highest possible warning for a foreign country. What is means is that a current conflict, threat or situation in a foreign country or territory has deteriorated to a point where it is extremely unsafe to continue to remain in the country or territory. These conflicts may include natural disasters, terrorism threats, a specific threat to Hungadadian citizens, civil disorder, civil war, war etc. When a 'TRAVEL ALERT' is issued, the respective embassy and consulate(s) are placed on alert. Embassy staff are told to expect a high volume of calls, information requests and queries on what to do. Embassy staff have been trained to respond to high stress, demanding situations, and are more than prepared to deal with potential situations. 

When a 'TRAVEL ALERT' is issued, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also posts an emergency statement on its website advising Hungadadian citizens on the current situation in the country or territory. This statement also includes steps what you should do if you are in a country or territory that has had a 'TRAVEL ALERT' issued. In some cases, the Government of Hungadada may deem it necessary to evacuate Hungadadian citizens. This will be specified in the statement. The Government of Hungadada will use its resources to evacuate citizens at the earliest possible time. The most important thing to remember is not to panic, and to monitor the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for updates on the situation.

With President Korczak dead, over 100,000 of the French Armies 300,000 on the verge of joining a nationalist rebellion. The French Prime Minister and French Chief of the United Armed Forces dissolved the French Government and reformed it into a new nation. While the war was far from over, the Monarch would revive the old French values of honor and idealism and in turn, raise morale for the French people as the Government prepared for a prolonged conflict. 

 

The Rouyame-Uni was the setting for Frances monarch revival. Prime Minister Chauve would remain Prime Minister and all power of war were transferred from the Monarch to the C.E.M.A. for the duration of the war. Now that the regular army was strengthened and united, the French media blasted propaganda to support the war effort. 

 

French Government Actions

 

With an EMP surprisingly knocking out Lyons defenses, the French Airborne troops paradropped outside of the city and joined a mechanized division as they prepared to march on the stronghold of Lyon. Meanwhile, elsewhere in France, French Troops held onto major cities going door to door to find any communist forces and dug-outs and clearing them out. 

 

In Response to online media support for the Communist uprising, the French DGSI stepped up its cyber-division to take down websites and shut down messaging forums where communists were recruiting. The French Senat met covertly, without the members of the communist and socialist party signing the Espionage Act of 2003 allowing the DGSE to without warrant arrest suspected communists and detain them until the end of the conflict. The Bill also stripped the communist and socialist party of their rights in Parliament and suspended their roles. The Act also required all Internet Service Providers to run three-month examinations on their servers to track those using their services to spread communist propaganda and ideals. 

 

The French Air Force and Navy increase patrols to capture ships smuggling weapons and aid to the communists with border security being increased on the previously undefended border between France and Hungadada.

These rounds were specially made to destroy no more than a city block, but were simultaneously a form of bunker buster. 

 

Meanwhile, a Resorian diplomat would be dispatched to the new government, in an effort to discover if any animosity was posed towards the Imperium.

 

Simultaneously, ONI agents and assets would begin working overtime as they tried to find dirt in this new monarchy. Additionally, the ONI regional director was tasked with building a network of assets in the new government.

As of now, 8 SPARTAN teams have been dispatched into the country to conduct operations. These teams operate without the approval of the new regime, while the Resorian embassy was beefed up with 2,300 marines. 

 

An ONI asset with a falsified identity infiltrated the French company, Bouygues Telecom and Free. The asset started off as a standard customer service Representative, and has moved up to a network analyst. Once he did so, he waited for the moment when the central director informed the IT department of computer errors. The asset utilized his training to lightly poison a lunch bowl which made many of the department sick. Capitalizing on this, he worked his way into fixing the directors computer. In doing so, he hooked up a device to the motherboard. With access to the SRF and Bouygues, ONI assets used this access to hunt down Commune officials, tracking high level officials.

 

A small-scale bunker buster MAC round was fired at a commune fortification housing an airstrip. The airstrip was known to be a meeting place where commune received arms and supplies. An unidentified plane was landing at the time of the strike, and nearly 86% of the facility was destroyed. Additionally, a meeting of several low ranking officials in the commune was struck with a series of 14 archer missiles. Intelligence reports indicate that all but 2 officials survived the strike, while 22 civilians and 42 standard soldiers were killed. Additionally, nearly 2 dozen civilians were injured in the strike.

Highly trained men, experts in Guerilla warfare, shall train Communist fighters on the importance of mobility and the the element of surprise.

Intelligence satellites and the Orion-class carrier identified the movement of military armaments into a singular location in Lyon. An initial antipersonnel MAC round was fired into the structure, releasing white phosphorous over an entire city block, followed by a barrage of 4 archer missiles, which caused a Chaim reaction with the phosphorous and surrounding explosives. Those in the structure and on the streets within 5 miles found themselves slowly burned by the white phosphorus. Those in the structure died a painful death, while those around suffered 3rd degree burns over much of their body and lungs. Reports indicate 11 civilians were injured, while 21 commune forces were injured and 14 were killed.

The Counter-attack successfully drives away the Commune Forces from shelling-distance of Paris with Mortars. The French Task-Force defending Paris moves rapidly capturing the towns of Savigny Sur-Orge and Bruony which were vital supply depots and train-sectors for the Commune. The offensive captures all objectives with only 50 casualties on the French Side. The French counter-attack also captures an information center and an artillery support bunker where coordinates were mapped and relayed to an artillery base Melun the Forward Operating and fall-back line of the Commune Forces. By evening, the entire southern-Paris border where commune forces occupied strategic passes, and buildings were cleared and the road to Melun was set for French Troops to attack. 

 

Tanks from the Paris Task-Force engaged the Commune lines east of Paris at Vignely, overlooking the Marne river where commune soldiers held the line on the bridge into the region. The Tanks were supported by the 7th Mechanized Regiment on Lsles-les-villes were the troops captured the key-bridgehead. 

On the south, another Tank brigade joined the 9th Mechanized Regiment at Vaires Sur Marne where they pushed into Serrais. The crossroad opened the road to push deeper into Commune held Southern France while also allowing the Tanks to support the Second Tank Brigade stuck at Vignely. The capture of the Eastern Flank toppled with the Western Flank collapsing allowed the French Mechanized and Armored Brigades to move rapidly on roads and tracks to prepare an unseen pincer movement on the enemies flanks.

Back in Paris, The French Prime Minister Laura Chauve and His Majesty King Félix and Queen Leitza Bonaparte visited the Napoleonic Armed Forces Hospital where soldiers were treated for bullet wounds, burns, ripped limbs, and other battlefield injuries. Civilians were also being treated as Commune Forces set up mobile mortar stations to launch attacks on Paris. His Majesty King Félix spoke to some press outside the Hospital. In his remarks, he called for unity and brotherhood during this time of crisis. Saying that “It was our grandfathers that built this nation, it was our fathers who fought for our nation, but today it us who destroys this nation. We must condemn this act of separation based on ideology and we must find what it means to be French.” He and Generals Sazaki, Kruger, and May discussed the conflict with the King personally going door to door on some houses to see their needs and what was going on.

February 20, 2003 

The French Ministry of Defence released a casualty report; citing 1,521 losses of French forces from the ending of January to February 20. The losses  died during the conflict. The statistics broke down to 78 deaths of Police and Special Services in Lyon on the February 2, 800 deaths on February 3 to February 8, and 343 deaths between the 8-19 of February. This was added to the report of March 15th where 300 soldiers were killed from sporadic fighting.

The Report came alongside an attached statement showing Commune deaths at roughly 3,241 at an astonished prospect. The Peoples Ministry of Defense in Lyon, where the self-proclaimed Government of the People refuted the claims and said only 1,729 soldiers of the people's liberation army were killed. 

 

Both reports did not specify civilian deaths which a Ministry of Interior report from Paris cited 891 civilians were killed since the beginning of the conflict. Another report released momentarily reported 32 civilians killed in Commune held territory with the use of white phosphorus.

The Office of Naval Intelligence; O.N.I. had orchestrated targeted strikes on the Commune Command, with pressing firepower from space and covert Spartan teams. The Spartan teams captured and destroyed supply trucks reinforcing the front-lines. With the main objective of secrecy, the Spartan Teams had not taken on any large engagements to avoid enemies leaking their pretense. 

The ONI presence relied on information and direct-support to maximize effectiveness. Most recently, as news from French Intelligence revealed that the SoE and perhaps other Communist Nations were sending covert aid the ONI stepped up its aerial presence alongside the French Air-force to take-down shipment of aid. 

On the banks of Lake Geneva, black-ops crews from the Soviet KGB and Military Special Forces arrived to bring in advisors and special operators to engage in guerrilla warfare and teach the Commune special tactics in precision using mobility and surprise. Attack and be unseen, and attack where unexpected. 

120 Special Operators and 12 Soviet Tanks would land on the banks Lake Geneva and travel into the Commune-held territory. Due to the Devolved governments Security Forces busy containing and stopping the flow of Commune forces into Switzerland, the Soviets aided the Commune in launching surprise attacks on a weaker foe to develop their skills in combat against the Government Forces. This would in-turn lead to French troops being diverted to support the French security forces in Switzerland. 

On the web, thousands of Chinese secret intelligence agents rallied youth and other people on social media to the cause of the Commune. Pictures released by the Commune forces were repurposed into propaganda in French, English, Spanish, German and Russian and spewed out onto the Internet. 

The Chinese media intervention was aided by the curfews and in some cities shortages of electricity, heat, and foods. The tactic was causing mass support in some of the Commune-held regions. 

The propaganda also revealed civilian deaths by bombs, white phosphorus with mostly women and children blaming the Government which would be useful for foreign governments to support and intervention against the Government.

"Alright, you have my approval. France has given their permission, so its time. I have given authorization for 34 operations for infiltration and capture missions of Commune assets. You will also be given 16 more SPARTAN teams to deploy in these operations. Its imperative we conduct all of these operations before the realize what's going on. Because when they do realize, they're going to move." Cait Mendez instructed the Section Deputy Chief for the region.

"Of course. And will you be handling things with the Division Chief today?" The man inquired.

"Yes. I have an appointment with him in a few hours. Proceed as normal." She told him.

 

The SPARTAN teams were prepared for the new mass deployment, for the target retrieval missions. The 24 teams, totaling to 72 SPARTANs, would be outfitted, while an auxiliary force of 7,300 RNC marines would be prepared in the worst-case scenario.

 

23 of the 24 teams were deployed in the mainland of France. Everywhere from Lyons to Amiens. SPARTAN teams deployed in the dead of night, with stealth pelicans deploying then from hundreds of feet in the air. The SPARTANs would rope down, and land on the roof. From there, they'd use thermal imaging of the structure. And breach where the area was weakest. In most instances, this allowed them to enter and exit quickly with their target. There were, however, 2 instances where the op did not go smoothly. 

 

"Hi, Walter. How've you been doing?" Cait asked, a faux smile on her face.

"I'm doing well. I recently handled a situation that was developing in the USSR." The man told her, smiling with pride.

"I saw in the news. You gave a kill order for one if the highest ranking officials in the USSR. While its something I would have done as well, its something that only I can give the order to do." Cait told him, her smile gone, and an icey gaze piercing the man.

"B-but I accomplished what I was tasked with doing. We didn't get caught, they blamed it on the Americans. And furthermore I-" The man began, his face turning a bright red in both anger and embarrassment.

"You overstepped your authority, and I can't have that. An example must be made. You will be demoted from the European Section Chief, to a standard intelligence operator." She told him sternly.

"That's absurd! I deserve a commendation, not condemning!" The man began to raise his voice.

"You're lucky I don't arrest you and have you shot for treason. Take your win with dignity and go." She told him, her face unflinching.

 

"Bravo team, calling in. We've got a lot more hostiles than Intel suggested. By my count. There are 43 additional armed guards, as well as 3 unknowns that weren't in the briefing. What are the orders?"

"Get in, capture the target, and exfil asap. We have 12 support teams standing by to help you."

"10-4, beginning the operation."

The spartan click some kind of trigger mechanism, and a charge detonated on the other side of the facility. A small explosion occurred in the generator room across the area. Another spartan in navy blue armor began climbing up to the roof, to rendezvous with the others from his team. As the generator fell, the Spartans activated their night vision, and the lights in the building died out. The Spartan pressed the trigger again, and a section of the roof fell in, and the windows shattered. The Spartans moved in through the roof, and landed with a thud. Two Spartans began laying down suppressing fire. While the third rushed forward with seemingly inhumane speed, slinging his fist into the target, and slinging him over his shoulder.

As he made it back, and attached the rope to his waist, a group of guards moved into the building, and began firing. The pelican used a machine to rapidly pull the Spartans into the pelican. When the team got in and took stock of the events, they realized the massive amount of blood that was pooling on the floor. The target had been shot in the throat once, and in the chest 6 times. He was declared dead within minutes.

 

"This is Blue team, target is in sight. He is currently meeting with a group of insurrectionists, as the Intel suggests. Given the amount of security, I would advise a missile strike, or waiting for a better opportunity."

"Negative, Spartan. We can't afford to let this target go. If we have to, kill the target. We have 82 marines within 3 minutes of the op zone, they will be deployed if needed. The targets name is Fel Von Brandy, and is a high value target; upper echelon of the Commune command structure."

John-117, and Kelly-087 moved towards the south of the area, where the guards were few in number. Finally, Fred-104 would go to the north, where he would fire a rocket launcher initially, then utilize his battle rifle and SMG to hold back the insurrectionist forces. As they out the plan into motion, all but 8 of the surrounding guards moved to the front gate to assault the intruder, while 9 moved to secure the high value assets. The guard detail now numbered at 15. John-117 and Kelly-087 moved forward, threw in a smoke grenade, and knifed 4 men, before the hostiles could recover. Then, they began firing at their targets. A bullet would his Brandy in the back of the knee, immobilizing him, while another would hit the insurrectionist target in the head, killing him instantly. They would then take cover and begin working their way down the targets. Thanks to the Spartans shields, the bullets that didn't hit their cover, were rendered irelavent. With 3 minutes, the hostiles were dead and they began their extraction. Fred-104 launched several smoke grenades, followed by 3 frags. This forced their forces back while the Spartans regroups half a mile away from the area. As the hostiles began canvassing the area, the pelican flew in and extracted the team.

[This was a post meant to be done way before but was unable to do it.  So this post was set in the past] 

As Commune has peformed and achieved weapons and crimes against humanity SoE had to step in.  The only SoE intervention was Medical Treatment for the Commune and the Original Government,  and protection of their governments as well. 

"SoE has never wanted to aid a Terrorost group but to ensure that there wouldn't be causalities but there always will be,  as the person of the year in 2015 said 'Let there be no more war' quoting it himself from a Song.  And all I can say is that we feel bad for the Victims and will repay ourselves, I will not say how but you will now. "

The Medical Aid was cut (long ago) and Medical Teams left the Commune and were working in the recognized France to treat the wounded soldiers together with the teams that were already there.

UDBA had a task of Protecting the Governments of the Original and Commune,  to prevent further bloodshed after the war,  each Government would have gotten a home in SoE if the other power did not want them in the Nation.  But this was changed after the communes agresivness and the fact that they were oblivious and ignoring many facts that those weapons and actions make them the enemy. With that,  they have peformed something SoE is against and so they had to down this Regime. 

As previously said,  UDBA has already Protected the Governments of two sides,  and so with it,  it had scedules and locations of them at any given point. 

Today,  the deaths were noticed. 

The Leader of the commune was lying down on his steering wheel in a burned ruin of a car he considered his but later found out it was stolen. - No Evidenve

3 Military Commanders were killed by a drunk angry bar mob. - No Evidence,  the Mob is nowhere to be located by the names in the book.  

A Commune Ace was flying over an AA without anyone there in friendly teritorry and it just started shooting randomly and the plane was Shot down and he didn't have much time to react and he was already in a burning wreck.  - No AA gun to be found at the Estimated locations of it. 

Further Government Officials have been assasinated as well,  not to mention and list all of them,  I will just mention the ways of assasinations. Hanged and Electrified,  beat up to death and hanging off a cliff in a position it is unable to get him back,  suicide pills and a few were brougt to SoE and it was filmed,  a Firing Squad has executed the Terrorists.

(Last assasination was not classified,  the assasinations were all made by UDBA without many ways of finding evidence against them,  but they knew it was them.  Also the only person that would try to fight the UDBA is the commune but they are in no position anyhow to do that)

As the conflict in France simmered down with no end in sight, the United Kingdoms and the Commune met in Bern, United Kingdoms to discuss a peaceful settlement and temporary cease-fire. The cease-fire talks proceed in the establishment of the demilitarized zone between the United Kingdoms and Commune. The United Kingdoms agreed to return 20,000 PoW and the Commune agreed to hand over 5,000 Government troops and allow the evacuation of 75,000 civilians from Lyon to the Government-held Bordeaux. 

On February 25, 2003, the French flag was lowered for the last time at the Lyon Citadel and the last French Government forces left the city. 

On February 27, 2003, the French Government reported 242,000 civilians had left Commune held territory to Government-held territory. The French Military reports brief skirmishes on the Swiss-Commune border as the Commune reportedly moved two tank regiments. French forces responded with a three-hour bombardment of the commune fortifications. Two hours later, Prime Minister Chauve and Premier Markov reaffirmed the cease-fire stood emplace. 

On February 28, 2003, the Commune agreed to peace-talks with no response from the United Kingdoms. The cease-fire has however been active for an additional 24 hours since the February 27 cease-fire held in a majority of sectors.

"Alright Blue team. You will be leading this operation. You, and four other spartan teams will conducting a covert op on the border of SoE. A high value target, Burak Ozcivit, is attempting to slip out of the nation. With SoE pulling their support for the Commune, the target is fleeing the country. We strongly believe he's attempting to flee to south western Asia." The division chief instructed them.

"Very will. Is it a capture or kill mission?" John-117 asked him.

"Capture; then we scan his brain. He is upper echelon similiar to Brandy. Scanning his mind will hand us all Commune assets and procedures." The chief told him.

 

Two SPARTAN teams were deployed in the SoE border, while three teams were deployed south if the border. They quickly took up positions around the expected arrival location. When the target arrived, he did so with a guard detail of 12 men. He moved towards the border, where another man stood with his own gaurd detail of 6.

"Blue team to command, we have another person here, with extra guards. Can you identify the new target?" John called to the maintaince staff.

"The other target is another high-value Commune asset; name is Joseph Rothsberg. If possible, capture the individual before exfil, but kill if you cannot."

"Confirmed, HQ."

John-117 released the call sign, alerting all teams to proceed. The two teams north of the border began to rush down, while laying down fire. Two of the southern teams rushed down in a similiar manner, while the third team provided aupressing fire via snipers. As the guards began to drop like flies, the two men attempted to run towards a vehicle. Kelly-087 fire her rifle, popping the tires and breaching the engine block. As the men realized the vehicle was useless, they went to charge further into SoE territory. As they did so, one of the Spartans barreled into Joseph, sending him flying forward several feet. The gunfire began to quiet down, with all the gaurds having been killed. The first man were ziptied, loaded on a pelican, and then taken to an ONI Intel facility on Station Luna. Burak was able to slip forward into another vehicle and drive off into SoE territory.

 

After the capture of Joseph and the scanning of his brain, the information would be forwarded to the French Monarchy. Additionally, the locations of major Commune assets would also be forwarded to the French monarchy, as the fleet in orbit would ready itself to aide in a final assault.

OZNA operations in commume have resulted in achieveing Intel about the Commune and their Representatives Plans.  If the revolution failed their plans for escape and so on and so forth. 

Many were fleeing to SoE because of the same Ideologies.  Many have went into it before the revolution and they were let in SoE with the knowledge of them working for the Ressistance,  but only as the Political Party but not as a Terrorist Organization. 

With the Intel aqquired,  Burak would is on the flee to SoE without the knowledge of SoE cutting support. 

The Protocol for Commune escapists are Kill or Enslave. 

OZNA has assasinated the rest of the Military command of the Commune and so it was left with all their Plans in SoE hands.  All of the last ditch effort Plans that would cause pain to French on both sides has been given to Legitemate French Government to be ready and to eliminate the threat when it comes

 

The Prime Target is Burak,  the Head of the Commune.  Janissaries have been implemented to hunt him.  He was caught escaping with his team on Galipolli.  A Helicopter was awaiting them that would go to a near by yacht which would be used as Cover. 

As they were going to the Helicopter location two SoE Helicopters have came to assist the imprisioment of him. 

He was surrounded by 4 Bodyguards in black.  He started to run with his team to the helicopter so the SoE Air units werr lovered.  The Front Guard was an UDBA member undercover and as they ran he stopped and rammed Burak and the guard behind him while the Soldiers in the Helicopters dropped out with one shooter per helicopter staying killing the 2 Guards on the flank. 

He was now left without any defenve as the last guard dropped on a rock as Burak fell on him,  and as that happened he hit a rock with the back of his head. 

Burak was in the grass with an attempt to stand up he was surrounded by weapons aiming at him. 

"And you questioned UDBA? "

And so he was taken to Istanbul where he would be in one room, all gray under constant surveillancr and guards. 

The battle was not over,  sd one helicopter went with Burak,  the other Team went inside the other Helicopter which would get them to the Yacht

The Yacht uncovered some Anti Air Weapons and asked for Indentificatiom and so the Team used ropes and landed on the Boat while the pliot gave a coded order to attack the Helicopter as the passangers were not the ones that were meant to be

So the team went across the boat killing off many Heavily Armed Mafia Gorillas. 

And as the whole boat was cleared thry met in one room with the boss. 

As they entered he held a magnum,  they stepped closer and then he said "I'll shoot" while having the gun aimed at himself,  to the mouth. 

He was taken as well and imprisioned in a room the same as Buraks and right next to it. 

These arrests were reported to Francr and awaited for them to take over these Prisioners.

BREAKING NEWS!

February 23: French Prime Minister Chauve and Premier Markov sign an armistice and agreement on reconciliation between the Commune and United Kingdoms.

 

 

March 1: French Prime Minister Chauve announces an official end to all hostilities following a surrender but the Commune. French Officials will present the terms of agreement shortly.

 

French Commune Officially Surrenders to the United Kingdoms. Commune Leader Burak and Foreign Minister Markov surrendered.

 

March 6: The French Interior Ministry has stripped the National Front and Twenty-Three Conservatives of their voting and legislature rights. Discussing with the Crown and legal departments of the United Kingdoms their role in attempting to overthrow the French Republic, threatening the President, and active-role of armed insurgency gave the legal pathway to remove them from Parliament. Prime Minister Chauve has reported that elections will take place after reforms in the Parliament are complete. French Prosecutors will persecute all members of the National Front, Socialist Party, and Communist Party as well as seventy members of the Conservative Coalition. Many fear that Prime Minister Chuave is power-grabbing or removing opposition. More in our late night coverage of this rising story.
